"Comprehensive HR Management with Dedicated Support"
What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I like the all-inclusiveness of CoAdvantage, with one login spot to handle everything. The biggest help is their benefits portal, which ensures all our employees are able to enroll or waive insurance. They also oversee our workers' compensation insurance, which means not having to complete audits. Having dedicated people available to reach out to for guidance is a major help, and many times they have helped me through tough employee relation issues. The ease of access to the dedicated team is most valuable. The software encompasses all HR needs, ensuring all employees have access to what they need, and while it can be a bit clunky, it is easy to use. Everything else seems to run smoothly. What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?

"Exceptional Support and Streamlined Payroll"
What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I appreciate CoAdvantage for helping us streamline our payroll and making it easier to add and terminate employees, as well as update employee information. They've taken the stress off tax reporting for state, local, federal, and unemployment taxes. I value their assistance with every aspect of our payroll processing, workers' compensation issues, and retirement and benefits administration. The people are definitely one of their main values; they're extremely attentive and always there if we need something. My payroll administrator, Ashley Monariti, our account executive, Kelly Hall-Smith, and benefits admin Siomara, have all gone above and beyond, especially when there have been issues needing immediate attention. Their customer service is excellent, with great attention to detail and accuracy. We've been very happy with the reporting and hands-on customer service they've provided. What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?

Fees are high but still in line with competitors. However, every year they work diligently with us to try and bring those rates down based on servies we are using or not using. I like that CoAdvantage keeps everything consolidated for us in one place, which significantly streamlines our operations. The platform's user-friendliness is amazing and ensures ease of use for administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits administration, 401k enrollment, performance reviews, and learning management. The inclusion of HR and compliance partners provides additional support and value, enhancing our capacity to stay compliant effortlessly. Moreover, CoAdvantage offers a fantastic analytics and reporting system that delivers valuable insights, which are crucial for our decision-making processes. The representatives are always easily contactable, which I appreciate as it facilitates smooth communication and prompt resolution of any issues. Additionally, the platform includes a great section of helpful documents and consistently sends compliance updates, keeping us informed and up to date. This comprehensive support and notification system reassures me of the platform’s reliability and reinforces my decision to continue using CoAdvantage. The price was also a significant factor in choosing CoAdvantage, offering great value for the suite of services provided. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I appreciate that CoAdvantage provides essential HR support, which I find to be valuable and beneficial for maintaining organizational effectiveness. The ability to include dental and vision coverage without requiring medical coverage was a significant factor in choosing CoAdvantage, offering flexibility in benefits that align with our needs. The payroll service is reliable, and I have a great experience with my dedicated payroll representative, who is consistently proactive and supportive, handling any situations that arise with efficiency and professionalism. What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?

The software from CoAdvantage is quite antiquated, which makes competition with newer platforms challenging. Additionally, the software is not very user-friendly, making it difficult to operate or locate necessary features at times. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I appreciate CoAdvantage for its ability to save my company money on healthcare costs, which was a primary reason for our transition from our previous provider, Gusto. The transition was smooth, and the offering of better healthcare and benefits for our team members stands out as a significant advantage. This ability to provide competitive benefits has been instrumental in helping with both retaining current staff and in recruiting new talent, which is crucial for our company's growth. Additionally, I value the availability of the CoAdvantage team and their HR assistance, which plays an important role in efficiently managing our HR needs. Their comprehensive service offering, enabling us to extend benefits we were not able to afford previously, has been a game-changer in enhancing employee satisfaction and overall company morale. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I find CoAdvantage incredibly helpful for HR solutions, as they've provided invaluable guidance on guidelines, best practices, and even helped in creating a comprehensive employee handbook. Their support in payroll and onboarding has been great, especially as we've experienced growth. I really appreciate their expertise and deep knowledge, which have been outstanding, particularly through our representative, Sherry, who has been instrumental in payroll solutions. The implementation of the Time Clock and the CoAd Quantum website has made transitions seamless, particularly in pay, PTO requests, and onboarding new employees, greatly enhancing our operational efficiency. It's like having a large corporation's backing but without the hefty price, and that's something I find truly remarkable and valuable about CoAdvantage's services. What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?

What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I genuinely appreciate having a single agent, Ashley M, with CoAdvantage. It's incredibly helpful to know exactly who to call, which simplifies communication and makes it easy to directly contact them if necessary. Normally, they are very good about making sure I provide the required information every week, ensuring smooth ongoing operations. This personalized touch and direct line of communication bring a significant amount of reassurance and efficiency to my dealings with CoAdvantage. I also appreciate that CoAdvantage takes care of workers' compensation insurance and any exclusions, which alleviates a lot of administrative burden from my side and helps in efficiently managing critical aspects of my business operations. The idea of having local offices reaching out more frequently is a concept I find beneficial, as the ability to have a local agent to discuss issues would enhance convenience and support. This preference was initially established by my interaction with Mary Smith, who originally signed me up, which left a positive impression regarding their onboarding process. What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?

I dislike that the pricing is not cheaper, which would be more beneficial to my budget. Also, the benefits could be more easily accessible, and it would be helpful if it were easier to change employees between salary and hourly statuses.
