I appreciate DianaHR's tech-forward approach. They've done a great job managing HR for my company. The biggest relief is how hands-off it feels. Payroll, compliance filings, state registrations, onboarding — everything just happens. I save 10+ hours a week and no longer wake up worrying about HR paperwork. Having a dedicated expert who’s responsive and proactive makes all the difference.

Honestly, just that I didn’t find them sooner. We wasted months trying to DIY HR with software that wasn’t built for founders

Maybe they can do more for us. We'd happily pay more for that.

**What do you like best about DianaHR?**

Very friendly and responsive team — we have a shared slack channel with them, it's very straightforward to send them our requests, and they respond quickly. Their operations are well-run.

**What do you dislike about DianaHR?**

As we've worked with DianaHR, we're finding additional use cases that we'd like them to handle at some point, although they don't currently handle them yet (things like provisioning accounts across our software tools and handling travel logistics for interviews)

**What problems is DianaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DianaHR handles all of our HR operations, including work trials, onboarding/offboarding employees, and administrivia that I don't have the time or patience to do myself as a startup founder.

**What do you like best about DianaHR?**

They did a full audit for us regarding all things HR. It made us realize we weren’t compliant in several areas. They quickly solved all of these issues.

**What do you dislike about DianaHR?**

We do value in person communication so our alternative to hiring Diana HR would have been to higher an in person HR manager. 
However, DianaHR is so much cheaper so it’s definitely worth it

Do it!

**What problems is DianaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re growing and starting to hire people remotely and didn’t wanna deal with all the state by state registration and compliance. Dianahr  manages all this for us and has been fabulous to work with.
