Finest for Data Analytics **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Rishabh J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2023 **What do you like best about Workpartners?** The best thing about Workpartners is that it identifies groups that are currently giving us higher costs and predicts the groups which can give higher costs in the future so it is easy to identify the risks. **What do you dislike about Workpartners?** There is no such dislike about Workpartners, all things in Workpartners are working good for me. **Recommendations to others considering Workpartners:** I highly recommend WorkPartners for Data analytics work of any type. **What problems is Workpartners solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem Workpartners is solving for me is the Predictive Health Analytics feature, Benchmarking, and reporting which is a big headache before using Workpartners. ### 2. Our employees find a great deal of useful information and are highly engaged with the process. **What do you like best about Workpartners?** The user interface is clean, and the ability to link to relevant health videos without leaving the platform is nice. **What do you dislike about Workpartners?** Nothing. We have not found any deficiencies that have affected our staff or our experience with the program. **What problems is Workpartners solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our employees are able to not only learn more about their health but are able to determine where they have care gaps. I have had several changes in personnel which has been problematic. Also, my supervisor, Sharon McCallister is unresponsive. I have to continue to send emails (3-40 and copy Kellie before I get a response, This causes a lot of extra unnecessary work. **Recommendations to others considering Workpartners:** Unless they get their act together regarding staffing, I would not reccomend WorkPartners **What problems is Workpartners solving and how is that benefiting you?** FMLA administration. The ability to have all the documentation and calls in one place. ### 7. GREAT SYSTEM! **What do you like best about Workpartners?** The direct line to call in to Work partners (UPMC HEALTHY STEP). They are so helpful to employees, helping them find video links and fill the gaps, so they always receive their total points. **What do you dislike about Workpartners?** Nothing! Workpartners is always helpful. **What problems is Workpartners solving and how is that benefiting you?** The health of employees have become more taken care of just by little tasks like getting a mammogram. The benefit is tremendous as their is cost savings to medical insurance. ### 8.
