The people. Whenever we have a question or need assistance, the G&A team is responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They take the time to understand our needs and provide practical solutions instead of generic answers. Their support has made a real difference in helping us manage HR-related issues.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

There are times when certain requests sent to AccessHR can take longer than expected, especially when multiple departments are involved. While issues are always resolved, having a more streamlined process for this and having a portal for the questions and responses to be in one place would improve the overall experience.

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:**

If you're looking for a partner to help manage HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance, G&A Partners is definitely worth considering. I'd recommend establishing regular communication with your service team and taking advantage of the resources they offer. Building those relationships early helps you get the most value from the partnership!

G&A Partners has helped take a lot of the administrative work related to HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance off our plate. It allows our team to focus more on our employees and day-to-day business operations rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. **What do you like best about G&A Partners Services?**

I really like that G&A Partners Services is very easy to work with, making the tedious process of comparing providers quite simple. The sales process and service delivery have been satisfying. They also provide quick and real-time support, which makes it easy for me and our team to connect with experts on human resources services. Their support has helped us improve processes, build out HR policies, and expand our employee handbook. G&A Partners Services is consistent with the experts on their team, offering great support with routine communications and check-ins. They stay ahead of problems, proactively scheduling meetings to collect feedback, and are thorough in their follow-ups. They've proven to make our lives easier and facilitate connections with knowledgeable generalists and specialized professionals. I really appreciate their openness to interpersonal conversations and their excellent follow-through in solving problems. They always ensure our team members get the best HR services and 401k retirement benefit plans.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

I had some challenges with the change management piece from our previous PEO provider. Our employees were not used to a different interface for accomplishing the same tasks. Time off requests, benefits, paychecks were all still there and available but they weren't exactly where they had been with our previous PEO provider. If there is one area that G&A Partners might be able to improve, it would be providing greater assistance at the beginning of the transition project. To ensure that all team members really have a great understanding of how to get the information they need properly, without the pain of escalating through sometimes the wrong people, and trying to get the information that they were looking for. It took several months for our team to fully acclimate and be comfortable with the new system.

G&A Partners Services make expert advice easily accessible, improve HR processes, and enhance team benefits experience. They provide consistent support, proactively address issues, and simplify complex HR needs, streamlining our organizational model and making it easier to build HR policies.

What I like most about G&A Partners is having access to a dedicated team of HR professionals who are easy to work with.  They provide timely guidance and  help us navigate employee-related issues with confidence.

Overall, our experience with G&A has been very positive.  At this time, there are no major issues or concerns.

I would recommend G&A Partners to organizations looking for strong HR support and expertise.  Their team has been very helpful and a reliable partner and a valuable extension to our team.   One of the greatest benefits is having access to dedicated specialists in each area—including HR, payroll, benefits, and 401(k) administration—so we can quickly connect with the right expert when questions or needs arise. **What do you like best about G&A Partners Services?**

I love the HR guidance provided by G&A Partners Services, and their onboarding process is incredibly efficient. Payroll is easy with them, and the reports are amazing to see. The PTO calendar is really helpful for tracking how much PTO people are using, especially since we have unlimited PTO. Talking to everyone there, they always give great sound advice, backed up with information to support what they're advising us on. It's just been really great to have an all-around HR service partner. Onboarding has been faster, getting everything into the system quickly. The workflow is very efficient, especially for onboarding, and it doesn't take much time on orientation day so we can get to the hard hitting information and training that needs to happen quicker.

I have not come across anything I dislike.

The onboarding is very effective and well thought out. G&A ensures they know what you want from them as a provider and helps you implement it all. I did not have to input much myself personally. When we add new employees, the process is streamlined and straightforward.

I find G&A Partners Services makes payroll smooth and easy, drastically reduces onboarding time, and provides great HR guidance and reports. The PTO calendar is amazing for tracking usage. It's a comprehensive service for HR and onboarding, supported by sound advice and backup information.

I like that G&A Partners Services helps us keep track of time cards, holiday pay, and manages onboarding. Their payroll and tax services are very helpful, especially since we are a small company and don't have the capacity to manage these internally. The services are affordable, allowing us not to hire internally. I really appreciate being assigned to a specific representative who is very responsive and helps us tackle any challenges with taxes, payroll, and HR services. Their website is very seamless, making it easy to navigate employee and manager capabilities.

I already mentioned the two best things above. They also occasionally offer some payroll and HR advice, which I appreciate.

They rarely answer their phones and can be difficult to reach. It feels like most of the staff work from home, which makes it even harder to get in touch when I need to.

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:**

They can help you save a substantial amount on your company health insurance rates, and they also provide knowledgeable HR support when you need it.

**What problems is G&A Partners Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They handle our HR and benefits. They’ve been able to secure a better health insurance rate for us than we could get on our own, which has been a real help. They also provide free safety meetings for our labor staff.

G&A Partner Services acts as our back office HR department. As a small to mid-sized nonprofit organization, we do not have an internal HR team, so working with G&A has really helped us by giving us access high-quality HR services in an efficient manner.

I like that you always have a dedicated person for each service. For benefit, payroll, 401K.....

Before renewing our contract, we shopped around to see if we could cut the cost associated with using a PEO, but G&A was still the cheaper one, and their service was better

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:**

Give G&A a year and you won't go back to anyone else.  Their rates are great, and their advice is even better.  They are a true full service PEO.

**What problems is G&A Partners Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G&A helped us with compliance issues, especially with our 401K.  They helped us rewrite our employee handbook and made sure it was compliant with Texas.   They are amazing with Payroll.  Using G&A saves us time and money, money we don't have to spend on lawyers.

The people who work there - sure all the fancy software is nice but its the people who help that really make G&A Partners who they are.

Downsides are ... none.  Honestly not many companies have the honor of having customers who truly believe there are no downsides.

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:**

Do it.  Life is so much easier when you have a vendor software team that truly supports you through all lifes up & downs in HR.

**What problems is G&A Partners Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly - the system is easy to use but the biggest asset is the customer service, no matter the issue you have immediate contact with a live person to help you through it.  That alone is the biggest benefit.

Quick service and everyone is knowledgeable.

Sometimes our questions get routed through IT and our questions don't get answered timely unless we reach out to follow up.

**What problems is G&A Partners Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are experiencing issues with the way our employees are set up in the Time and Labor portal. Accrual policies for time off have not been managed and kept up to date in the past. We are doing a full audit of our system and G&A is supporting with the remediation of the configurations in the system. This is helping us with staying compliant and ensuring our employees are set up under the appropriate policies that align with what's in our handbook.

Total lack of follow-up processes. Need a new process so customers arent the ones forcing your team to get things done. They should be guiding the customers.

Make sure you keep track of everything because the task lists isnt really read by certain leads in the departments. So you will have to provide the same info many times.

Their website is user-friendly, and if any questions come up, a quick phone call has always been all I’ve needed to get answers.  This is from both the manager end and as an employee for my personal needs.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

Some of my fellow employees have mentioned having to wait on hold for a while, although I personally haven’t run into that issue.

They are top-notch and can handle all of your HR needs!

As a department manager, they have helped me with terminations, onboarding employees, signing into the UKG time app, and answering insurance-related questions.

**What do you like best about G&A Partners Services?**

There are numerous upsides to G&A Partners for us as they have helped in all areas of HR, they have a simple process for payroll, they have helped guide us through the crazy world of insurance benefits and they have always followed up on any issue that might have arisen during our time as a client.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

There really hasen't been anyting that we have disliked with G&A. We have had some speed bumps along the way but those issues have always been promptly addressed.

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:**

As with any PEO you have to make sure the fit is right for you. We left two other PEO's because they did not understand our needs and did nothing to solve the issues that came about. While I highly recommend G&A I also say make sure and do your due diligence.

**What problems is G&A Partners Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G&A handles all our payroll and HR needs which has helped to free up time and to allow our company to concentrate on other matters. They have helped guide us in all areas of HR, with workers comp insurance and through all employment claims.
We have had a great relationship and plan on continuing our relationship for years to come.

Most helpful is the structure they have to address their client partnerships: We are assigned a Client Partner that we meet with regularly to ensure all of our needs and expectations are met.  Then for each specialty area, there is an expert - Payroll, Benefits, 401(k), Employee Performance Management, Policies and Handbook, etc. Partnering with G&A Partners as our PEO gives us confidence on how to apply state specific employment laws to maintain compliance. The Implementation team was professional, knowledgable and responsive and got us up and running smoothly and seamlessly.

Truly, the hardest part was for us  it to "let go" and allow for the help and stop doing everything on our own. Then the next part is getting employees acclimated to using AccessHR for their needs.

The reports are very slim for payroll purposes and could use some updating.  Also to have more reports available for payroll professionals for all aspects of time, leave, taxes, 401k and payroll would be be helpful.  We have had challenges with the benefit group team, they are not very responsive.

LOL The program is easy and the amount of time and money it cost to do payroll for 10 people is crazy compared to logging in and clicking some buttons. Kathy Ranker is my day-to-day support and she is amazing i could not do it without her she is truly wonderful.

Their tech is clunky and prone to errors.

**Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:**

You get what you pay for in some ways. G&A was recommended to me by a PEO broker as an option for a lower-cost PEO with quality customer service. G&A is affordable and my account management contacts have been willing to work with me to negotiate costs which I greatly appreciate. Just know that in the day-to-day operations, there are tons of quirks and challenges to the tech platforms. Nothing catastrophic has happened yet, but I make sure to double or triple check every pay run, all benefits enrollments, any updates to employee info, etc. And then if there's an error, I can easily get help to correct it.

Standard PEO needs—small company, 1 HR person (me), employees working across the US.

**What do you like best about G&A Partners Services?**

What I like best is how easy communication is.

So far my experience with G&A has been very smooth and easy. At my last renewal call it was a clear review of the benefits, where the group could move plan wise and the group was given clear deadlines. Unlike some other PEO's the group wasn't given just a few days for a decision.

**What do you dislike about G&A Partners Services?**

So far I do not have any dislikes that I can think of.

**What problems is G&A Partners Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G&A is helping my small group's solve HR and cost issues. Moving back to small group can be 100% increases for some groups.

G&A is top notch PEO but they need to add technical tools including A/I and integration between the softwares.

HR Compliance 
G&A is helping with HR compliance during terminations by making sure we follow all the rules. They guide our managers on what steps to take, help prepare the right paperwork, and make sure everything is done fairly and legally to avoid problems.

Lack of local Representative presence in Phoenix, AZ.

This is my second time working with G&A Partners. My company was with a different PEO when I came on board. The service was fine, but the fees and insurance premiums were very, very expensive, and we are a small company. G&A was able to help save us money and offer the service we needed, with the flexibility to customize some needs. I've been to please to be back with G&A.

The team we work with and their responsiveness.  We have great dedicated reps for payroll and benefits and customer service rep who can get answers to all our questions.

Website is a bit challenging at first and takes some time to learn.

If you are looking for a great way to manage your payroll, get good benefit rates for employees and have a responsive service team then G&A is a great option.

G&A helps us with our payroll and HR oversight (handbook, benefits, updates on HR laws changing in states, management of unemployment, annual inspections of our office, and so much more).  The team we work with are always reliable and prompt to respond to any questions we have.

Working with G&A is easy and they are very responsive if you have questions or if you need something from them.

The only downside I can think of is what is typical of a PEO relationship, you lose a little bit of control over some things. In this case, it is the ability to update sensitive employee information myself. With G&A only the employee and G&A themselves can update it.
