The options that are given to our employees are excellent and the communication is great. **Recommendations to others considering Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services:** We would recomend Fidelity 401(k) to any company that has employees with different retirement goals. If you create another 401k account for work, you can import that to also work within your existing account to see everything in one dashboard. **What do you dislike about Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services?** Fidelity 401k is lacking severly in the security side. As someone who works in tech, it is not a good look for a company to not offer multifactor authentication especially when dealing with large sums of money. **What problems is Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fidelity 401k allows the company employees to invest in their own retirement plans. This is great because as an employee, I can receive a company match that will go towards my retirement goals. ### 5. They provide free retirement services and a breadth of available investment options **What do you like best about Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services?** I like their wide selection of potential investment options as well as the great detail provided about each. Fidelity has a strong platform with lots of great information available for those who are interested. It is easy to toggle between contributions, transaction history, rollovers etc. They also provide the most common options in easy to find locations (e.g. changing contribution amount) **What do you dislike about Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services?** I dislike that there is no automatic obvious rebalance function. Regular rebalancing is key to maintaining your investment strategy while also facilitating the hands-off "set it and forget it" approach that should be employed with retirement funds. **What problems is Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are managing our employer's 401(k) retirement plan with Fidelity. One great benefit is Fidelity's excellent, low-cost investment options. I know we can trust Fidelity to deliver great service and products to benefit our employees' retirement funds. ### 13. It has safeguards to protect the data uploaded to match the data already saved in its system. **What do you dislike about Fidelity 401(k) Plan Services?** The only thing I dislike is that there is a processing delay when changing the status of a participant.
