What do you like best about Cloud Assess?

Cloud Assess has been great to use. It’s really easy to find your way around, and learners pick it up quickly too, which makes everything run smoother. Making changes - like updating assessments or tweaking settings - is simple and doesn’t take much time.

The Helpdesk is also a big plus. Whenever I’ve needed support, they’ve been quick to respond and super helpful.

What do you like best about Cloud Assess?

We have worked with Cloud Assess for just over 2 years. The support and advise offered by the Cloud Assess team has been fantastic. The online help desk, manned by real people, offers support within seconds. If we require additional or more in depth support we are able to easily book in for an online session with our consultant. The resource section also contains a helpful user guides.

What do you dislike about Cloud Assess?

As a small 1-2 person business the billing is a bit tricky for us to make profit in our course enrolments and processing but their product has saved us time and headache with trainer-student shared documentation and resulting and emailing processes so this can also be seen as a silve-lining example. What do you like best about Cloud Assess?

From the very beginning, one of the most distinguishing factors in choosing Cloud Assess was the exceptional and ongoing customer service I received while working at Australia Zoo. The Cloud Assess platform is extremely user-friendly and maintains a clean, professional interface that makes navigating the system effortless.

While Learning Management Systems can often be complex, Cloud Assess stands out by not only promoting but delivering accessible, reliable platfrom support. The team consistently goes above and beyond to simplify processes and provide tailored guidance.

Beyond staff training and development, we quickly discovered the platform’s flexibility to support a wide range of additional initiatives. Despite these being quite diverse and outside the traditional training scope, Cloud Assess was always willing to support our goals and assist in every capacity. It is easy to navigate - our tech-challenged learners all learn how to use it just fine. From an admin perspective it is easy to track learner progress and see how active learners are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times it's a bit of a mystery how to get something working. E.G., for a trainer to update dates, I would need to release the competency, release the assessment and then make sure the student is still active.
