Whenever I’ve needed support, they’ve been quick to respond and super helpful. Overall, it’s easy, flexible, and just makes the whole process easier for everyone. **What do you dislike about Cloud Assess?** There isn’t a lot to dislike, after using Cloud Assess for several years, I find it very straightforward and user-friendly. **What problems is Cloud Assess solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloud Assess has made online learning way easier to handle. If a Student or Assessor makes a mistake, it’s super simple to unlock or fix things without slowing everything down. The features are constantly being updated and new options being released. From an admin perspective it is easy to track learner progress and see how active learners are. **What do you dislike about Cloud Assess?** At times it's a bit of a mystery how to get something working. E.G., for a trainer to update dates, I would need to release the competency, release the assessment and then make sure the student is still active. I love the troubleshooting, but some of my colleagues are a bit put off by it. **What problems is Cloud Assess solving and how is that benefiting you?** I get to scare my learners by telling them that I can see exactly how much work they are doing - it stops the "yeah I worked on x over the weekend" lies. Saves time because it is efficient and easy to check on what has been completed and what is still left to do. **What do you dislike about Cloud Assess?** I dont really dislike anything about CA.But one issue which causes concern is that sometimes a lot of the tick box answers have been premarked before I access them. l cannot change the response on CA. This causes a lot of extra work for me and dissapointment and frustration for the students. Especially if they have given an incorrect answer but this has been premarked as correct. I then need to email the student and ask them to send correct answer by email.
