What I appreciate most about Clientshare is how effectively it fosters transparency between our regional and account managers and their clients. It provides a clear structure for tracking performance and accountability for us internally in the business unit. Senior team get email notifications about chosen updates / feedback from clients without the need to login - this gives them a good insight of how the team is really doing, especially if clients leave feedback. Securing consistent buy-in from clients to review and score performance remains a challenge but this would be a challenge with any platform. Currently, there's no way to respond directly to client and their feedback within the platform, which limits the visibility for real-time dialogue and audit trail - there was a recent introduction to add internal comments about steps taken which was seen as a positive improvement. More personal win would be to have the ability to independently export Excel or CSV data from our workspaces but we do get weekly communication from Clientshare team and Power BI integration in premium space.
