It’s easy to use, and it keeps all client-shared information stored in one place, which makes it simple to find when needed.

I don’t see any downsides. I think the software is very good.

Client share is now helping us identify the customers who require additional support, or more time, to develop effective working relationships. The NPS scoring system provides straightforward analysis that highlights where strategic management resources need to be allocated in order to improve customer perception.

**What do you like best about Clientshare?**

What I appreciate most about Clientshare is how effectively it fosters transparency between our regional and account managers and their clients. It provides a clear structure for tracking performance and accountability for us internally in the business unit. Senior team get email notifications about chosen updates / feedback from clients without the need to login - this gives them a good insight of how the team is really doing, especially if clients leave feedback.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Securing consistent buy-in from clients to review and score performance remains a challenge but this would be a challenge with any platform. Currently, there's no way to respond directly to client and their feedback within the platform, which limits the visibility for real-time dialogue and audit trail - there was a recent introduction to add internal comments about steps taken which was seen as a positive improvement. More personal win would be to have the ability to independently export Excel or CSV data from our workspaces but we do get weekly communication from Clientshare team and Power BI integration in premium space.

Overall gives us better visibility on holistic contract health and provides instant link to senior leadership if clients want to escalate concerns.

Clientshare makes it simple to share audits and review meetings with as many stakeholders as required, ensuring  visibility and access to the information at any time.
We like that clients can give feedback easily in order to highlight and respond to any issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

There is nothing to strongly dislike. The clientshare team always ask for feedback on improvements to the software and developments are constantly being made.

**What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clientshare helps us by providing a centralised platform for all audits and review meetings to be sent through. All feedback is received through the platform which can be easily accessed and referred back to. It is also great to see positive feedback that may not have otherwise been provided by clients, which can then be shared with the wider team and in the sales process.

The tool has an intuitive design and easy to use, both for internal users and customers.

Some customizations not available, though Clientshare team is responsive to our feedback.

Last year, we introduced the Clientshare Pulse to our global team, transforming how we engaged with our customers for review and feedback. We transitioned from a cumbersome feedback system – filled with lengthy questionnaires, untimely responses, and overwhelming pages of feedback – to a streamlined, efficient process.  Clientshare Pulse has transformed our feedback collection, making it effortless for both our internal users and customers. The tool's intuitive design simplifies everything, from creating and sending reviews to analyzing incoming scores and feedback. Our internal users have embraced this ease of use, and our customers appreciate the quick survey questions, comprehensive review materials, and seamless interaction with our leadership – all within a few quick clicks.  Additionally, integrating Clientshare Pulse data and other internal data sets through PowerBI has elevated our customer satisfaction reporting to new heights, promising continued value and insights.  We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Clientshare team to further enhance how we engage with our customers.

Ease of adding posts, reports, dashboards etc

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

No where to hold compliance documentation, this would be very beneficial for any statutory tasks completed.  I know we can add in as a file upload, but having them attached to specific lines within the Power BI would really help.  I think the operations teams could use this better especially when adding in meeting reviews.

The support we have had from the team since mobilising the platform has been really helpful, responses have been quick and knowledgeable, and the platform updates have been well communicated.

**What do you like best about Clientshare?**

Clientshare demystifies the management and consequences of client feedback, allowing us to rapidly compare client relationships and produce action plans based on results. It brings accountability to the QBR process and helps me manage multiple clients across many teams with a single dashboard.

Working with so many client teams has it's challenges but I'm able to access incredible customer support from Ben and his team. either supporting me, or reaching out to the sector teams in my organisation and tailoring support for them making it simple for them to use in their BAU life. This has lead to increased usage across the organisation, many of whom access the platform at least weekly.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Clientshare has highlighted the differences in cultures that exist within our client base. This manifests itself in what can be seen as a lack of engagement with some client teams. When in reality, it is just that the client doesn't respond to survey-type messages, preferring to pick up the phone. So, while not a criticism of Clientshare, it has highlighted that we have to use a multi-touch approach to managing our clients.

It helps us take a broader view of our client relationships and service levels, while also allowing us to drill down to team level and even individual clients. 
We can see how the organisation is performing compared to others in our sector, and use that to benchmark our own sectors and teams.

**What do you like best about Clientshare?**

Clientshare is a great platform for fostering collaboration and transparency between our Operations Managers and their clients. It streamlines communication, enhances engagement, and provides a structured way to track performance, ensuring accountability on both sides. It's also quick and easy for our management team to share updates and documents helping to strengthen relationships and drive continuous improvement. Ben our Customer Success Manager is always accommodating in our requests and supportive on delivering management training sessions to help implement the platform in to our business.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Client management is not a 'one size fits all' process, we have had ongoing discussions about how the platform can evolve to better meet our diverse needs. While it offers a solid framework, additional flexibility and customisation options would enhance the experience, making it even more effective in catering to different client expectations. With continued development, Clientshare has the potential to become an even more adaptable and user-friendly tool.

The product itself offers a clear view of client quarterly interactions, stakeholder engagement and client advocacy in a simple to use and easy to update platform. Our Account Manager Olivia is fanstastic at ensuring that we get the most out of the product, keeping us advised on system usage and statistics in our own QBRs and updating us on innovation within the product.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Some of our managers are less inclined to use the system, I would like the system to flag more readily when this is the case. Better visibility of key decision maker engagement would be helpful and I understand this is planned for a future release.

**What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit of Clientshare is to act as an early warning system for contracts which are moving away from advocacy or satisfied status. We have a number of examples of this where we have been able to engage quickly with stakeholders at a senior level to improve services or perception to bring clients back on track. Whilst the system is great at demonstrating positive client advocacy its the areas where we need to improve that bring the most benefit to our organisation

Both the Premium and Pulse products are user-friendly, and they’ve made it so much easier to maintain strong client partnerships. The support team is fantastic. They’re always available to lend a hand, and their positive, approachable attitude makes working with them a pleasure. Clientshare has been an invaluable tool in enhancing our client relationships and business success. I can highly recommended!

This is not a dislike, more of a recommendation to ensure that you and your teams are fully committed to the integration and understand fully how best to use Clientshare. As the saying goes, you get out what you put in.

Firstly the support from the Cleint Share team is second to none, they are always on hand to not only support withthe use of the tool but share thier experience and knowledge in and around cutomer experience, taking time to understand your business and establishing best practise within your organisation.
The tool itself is very easy to use, not only to send reviews but also the all important feedback provided by the customer base.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

I wouldnt say it is least helpful and not hindering the progress of our journey to date but there may be a point that it would be useful to be able to ask more questions over and above the 4 we currently use.

The tool provides the functiaonlity to capture customer feedback in one place. This feedback can be accessed in real time by all stakeholders so that we can ensure our customer needs are addressed as a priority. The tool enables us to  analyse trends in the customer feedback, outlining best preactise accross the organisation and assesing how this could be applied in other areas as we strive to continuously improve what we do for our customers.

I have been using the Clientshare platform for a couple of years now and have been thoroughly impressed with the experience. It's intuitive, easy to use, and has made collaboration with our clients far more streamlined and transparent. adding real value to our client relationships in terms of governance and account reviews.

A special mention goes to Ben McAntee, our Account Manager, who has been incredibly supportive throughout our onboarding and beyond. He's responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. 

Highly recommend both the product and the team behind it.

All the information and slides/meeting notes can be sent to more recipents, also knowing they have opening and read the message with an option to score the service.
You can send a lot more on clinetshare than email and it is a lot more personnal

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Spell check would be good in the text.
Scoring seems a little harse as 8 out of 10 is classed as a low score.

East to use interface, great platform to share information with clients and I like that when you assigned actions it goes straight into your client's inbox.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

I would like the platform to integrate better with other Xerox applications like the Hubs MI, QBR App and we need a UK hosting solution.

The platform allows me to collate my client's feedback of the contractual service.  Whe they choose to do it really helps to drive CIPs.

Olivia and George have been incredibly helpful from the beginning, and I've enjoyed getting to know other team members through events such as the Clientshare Awards back in 2024. The platform simplifies the review process and I look forward to exploring the full range of features available in the coming months.

There aren't any real downsides - the only areas for improvement sit with DOC Cleaning at the moment to fully utilise the features available and ensure we're following up on any actions.

Our clients have been able to see the benefits of its use and it has uncovered valuable insights.

Connecting SharePoint sites has been an area where we have been unable to progress.

No dislikes. Only challenge is helping clients realise what a great took clientshare is. They are really missing out of they are not using it.

Enabling feedback from client so that we can quickly put things right if they require it, and to continue to do the good things. Without client share we may not always know how clients are feeling.
Also enables an escalation if needed, so that I can get involved if needed.

Provides excellent customer experience for our clients. We are able to share 'in our own words' to get clear messages across and to a wider audience. 
Being able to identify who is engaged by seeing the clients who actively use/view and being able to target those who don't. 
No file limit size - hige plus when the client can't accept large files via email. 
Category reminders for posts to share each month.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

If a customer doesn't accept the invitation, a reminder is sent. Some of our customers either haven't had a reminder or ignore them. We then don't get any notification that this hasn't been accepted and need to keep checking.

**What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching a wider audience is important. Sharing the message we want the recipient to recieve is difficult when filtering through 'central' clients we work with to rach a wider audience. Being able to do this has won additional revenue across multiple locations, when we're able to demonstrate trials, innovations and share good news across the client's business. Being able to upload videos and share files is beneficial when demonstrating great work.

It is still early days and we are still finding our feet with the system, so at present, we have no dislikes.

We have started using clientshare as an alternative to our normal client feedback platform to see if we could get a better response. Still early in the process however we have clients' feedback back to us that never used to, which is fantastic.

Having an online 'library' of information. The fact that we do not have to ask the client to sign up for anything new to be able to access the data. I don't believe there are any real competitors in the market that i am aware of

No real dislikes - as mentioned previously, any little niggles get responded to by the team. If i had to call out one thing it would be a better integration between premium and pulse however unsure on how this would work.

Clientshare premium saves me so much time, i can release all of my MI to those relevant, make groups dependant on the content i am posting etc. I also use it like a cloud desktop for all MI, so quarterly and annual reviews are much easier when i can see my monthly content posted and summarised all in one place.

Easy to use and means we can collate all docs in one place, no worrying about what happens if people move on (either side). I haven't seen this service available elsewhere without being built bespoke.

Would like a little more flexibility - for instance more boxes on the right, also a shame the Sharepoint integration didn't work correctly. The search function can be tricky at times.
