What do you like best about Clientshare?

What I appreciate most about Clientshare is how effectively it fosters transparency between our regional and account managers and their clients. It provides a clear structure for tracking performance and accountability for us internally in the business unit. Senior team get email notifications about chosen updates / feedback from clients without the need to login - this gives them a good insight of how the team is really doing, especially if clients leave feedback. What do you dislike about Clientshare?

Securing consistent buy-in from clients to review and score performance remains a challenge but this would be a challenge with any platform. Currently, there's no way to respond directly to client and their feedback within the platform, which limits the visibility for real-time dialogue and audit trail - there was a recent introduction to add internal comments about steps taken which was seen as a positive improvement. More personal win would be to have the ability to independently export Excel or CSV data from our workspaces but we do get weekly communication from Clientshare team and Power BI integration in premium space. Clientshare makes it simple to share audits and review meetings with as many stakeholders as required, ensuring visibility and access to the information at any time.

No where to hold compliance documentation, this would be very beneficial for any statutory tasks completed. I know we can add in as a file upload, but having them attached to specific lines within the Power BI would really help. Client insights, trends and data/feedback dashboards has been key to understanding our contract position.

What do you like best about Clientshare?

Clientshare demystifies the management and consequences of client feedback, allowing us to rapidly compare client relationships and produce action plans based on results. It brings accountability to the QBR process and helps me manage multiple clients across many teams with a single dashboard.

Working with so many client teams has it's challenges but I'm able to access incredible customer support from Ben and his team. either supporting me, or reaching out to the sector teams in my organisation and tailoring support for them making it simple for them to use in their BAU life. What do you dislike about Clientshare?

Clientshare has highlighted the differences in cultures that exist within our client base. This manifests itself in what can be seen as a lack of engagement with some client teams. When in reality, it is just that the client doesn't respond to survey-type messages, preferring to pick up the phone. So, while not a criticism of Clientshare, it has highlighted that we have to use a multi-touch approach to managing our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clientshare is a great platform for fostering collaboration and transparency between our Operations Managers and their clients. It streamlines communication, enhances engagement, and provides a structured way to track performance, ensuring accountability on both sides. It's also quick and easy for our management team to share updates and documents helping to strengthen relationships and drive continuous improvement. Ben our Customer Success Manager is always accommodating in our requests and supportive on delivering management training sessions to help implement the platform in to our business. Client management is not a 'one size fits all' process, we have had ongoing discussions about how the platform can evolve to better meet our diverse needs. While it offers a solid framework, additional flexibility and customisation options would enhance the experience, making it even more effective in catering to different client expectations. What do you like best about Clientshare?

The product itself offers a clear view of client quarterly interactions, stakeholder engagement and client advocacy in a simple to use and easy to update platform. Our Account Manager Olivia is fanstastic at ensuring that we get the most out of the product, keeping us advised on system usage and statistics in our own QBRs and updating us on innovation within the product.
