Last year, we introduced the Clientshare Pulse to our global team, transforming how we engaged with our customers for review and feedback. We transitioned from a cumbersome feedback system – filled with lengthy questionnaires, untimely responses, and overwhelming pages of feedback – to a streamlined, efficient process. Clientshare Pulse has transformed our feedback collection, making it effortless for both our internal users and customers. The tool's intuitive design simplifies everything, from creating and sending reviews to analyzing incoming scores and feedback. Our internal users have embraced this ease of use, and our customers appreciate the quick survey questions, comprehensive review materials, and seamless interaction with our leadership – all within a few quick clicks. Additionally, integrating Clientshare Pulse data and other internal data sets through PowerBI has elevated our customer satisfaction reporting to new heights, promising continued value and insights.
