would like to be able to turn off the customer survey.  I'm not a massive fan of the actions logging process as this can drive duplication

hard to say at the moment.. whilst I'm getting some customer interaction, I still have many that haven't even accessed the application.. I plan to table a feedback session with the customers at our next formal review

Clientshare allows me to publish specialized reports to key individuals within Crown Castle.  I also like the published Power BI results that help prepare for Quarterly Buisiness Reviews.

I don't have any specific dislikes, but a  QRG would be helpful when changes to the application are launched.

QBR prep represents the most helpful aspect regarding my use of Clientshare

Clientshare is easy to access and self-explanatory its similar to the majority of social media platforms, which allows many people to comprehend. The look of the platform and the multiple choices it offers you.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform, I enjoy using it! Everything works and communication from the team has been brilliant! Improvements could be made with an pop up chat box.

It allows our customers to prepare themselves before attending our contract meetings with relevant and up-to-date information.  The Clients which we have on the platform find this very useful!

The ease of use is very simular to some social media platforms where you create a post and share it with a selected audience.

sometimes the file format changes when uploading as a pdf. I find it better to save as pdf before uploading

Free trial without credit card is helpful. I was able to create and get the details for NPI and customer reviews quite easily.  Metrics view with graphs helps in visualizing the content.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

There is no online help nor a quick guide on how to use the tool. It is not intuitive to use without "how to guides with some real examples".

**What do you like best about Clientshare?**

Clientshare completely reimagines how a buyer-supplier relationship can be managed, giving visibility and transparency to all involved. This is not only game changing for account teams and clients, but for senior leaders within the supplier relationship who can communicate effectively across their buyer base and gain insights in to the effectiveness and performance of each relationship. Having a single platform proposition that caters for each area of a successful business relationship, allowing direct integrations with other systems, is really powerful customer proposition, in a digital age where there are constantly more systems to navigate. 

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

The best systems, and the best applications, allow a user to learn and understand the platform immediately. With the diverse nature of people’s technical ability this presents one of the biggest challenges to up-take and engagement. A Clientshare implementation, as it stands, requires too much focus on a personal ‘physical’ demo. The use of a virtual run through or guided tour as part of the first log in experience, as well as being utilised for any changes or additions to functionality would allow all users to quickly get the information they need, reducing the burden of meetings, demos and calls to launch. I think it gives a better user experience, and a better way to promote engagement and understanding 

**Recommendations to others considering Clientshare:**

There is no product or service in the market that will give you what Clientshare can already give you, this is before you add in the constant development features they continue to add to help to make managing business relationships easier. 

**What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clientshare provides visibility that we as a supplier are delivering the information and reviews required to have a successful business relationship. It provides a delivery mechanism for us to give our customers a game changing analytics and reporting solution (PowerBI). Clientshare continues to be a central feature of our digital proposition, how we manage service governance globally and how we continue to differentiate ourselves from our competitors. We want to do things better and Clientshare is key to supporting this.

**What do you like best about Clientshare?**

The best thing about ClientShare is how it allows our sales team to manage customer interaction, gaining insight in how customers are viewing a sharing content. Its allows us to increase customer retention rates which is invaluable! Before the platform it was really hard to gain visibility of communications from our Account Managers to the customers, the quality of comms was also mixed. We now have a centralised system allowing sales managers to see and interact with all communications. Best practices are easily highlighted and replicated amongst the team which were lost before. The on-boarding team were fantastic at training and supporting our team, accelerating user adoption of the system.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

It would be be great to get an integration with our CRM which is being worked by IT

**Recommendations to others considering Clientshare:**

I would recommend speaking to the team at Client Share, asking for a demonstration of the platform.

**What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The key issue which ultimately drove the business case is for us to increase both our customer retention rates and linked sales rates. We have a breath of solutions and most customers were only purchasing one, the platform has allowed us to standardise and control our account management process, so far deliver double digit increase in additional services growth. The biggest surprise has been the sharing of best practices across the sale team, the account managers has been really energised as a result of this.

**What do you like best about Clientshare?**

The sense of community & the 'finger on the pulse' with the client. When business has been won it can sometimes fall in to 'business as usual' & the client can be left in the dark about new innovations, developments & company news. 

Efficient & ultimately saves time, especially for business reviews, meetings & MI data. With one central storage & reference point.

a massive help, allowing them to promote their businesses, share information, leverage their communities and really bring their buyer communications to life as never before.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Appears to be a bug when sending invites over - usually takes a few attempts (error message states invalid domain - despite being correct) therefore have to click in to email address  tab with cursor when hitting 'send' before it actually sends.

**Recommendations to others considering Clientshare:**

Explore the features & benefits in detail - as so much more to ClientShare than meets the eye. Ensure all operators fully on board & appreciate all of the benefits ! 

**What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having just started to introduce Clientshare in to new accounts, it would appear that the site teams / client teams feel that it is an extra task / work for them. Looking to roll out further comms / top tips & spend time with the site teams so that they can get used to utilising Client Share as it will help them & improve the service they are providing.

**What do you like best about Clientshare?**

I initially wasn't sure how a tool such as Clientshare could provide the strategic insights we needed around our buyer relationships.  However, we're just 6 months into using Clientshare and I have been blown away by not only its ability to provide us with an overview of ALL our relationships, but it's given us a space for our clients to proactively reach out to us, and for us to share insights with them.  To top it off they had one of the best onboarding experiences I've ever had.  Keep up the great work!

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Very tricky to think of something to go here.  Whenever we have asked for something, be it a new feature or some additional help, they have jumped on it.  The only downside is that some of the features are still in the pipeline.

**What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've improved pretty much every aspect of our customer relationships.  I think our biggest win is a 38% increase in retention

Useful for sharing MI, Data and reports securely with client stakeholders. 

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

We find it difficult at William Hill to increase our clientshare population. This is partly due to the fact they already have a number of internal media pages where updates are shared - yammer, slack, skype etc.. and see this as being a similar tool.

We use it weekly to provide reports to specific stakeholder groups at William Hill. The stakeholders who use it to view reports find it really useful and easy to use, also means we don't have to password protect documents.

Clientshare gives me a true oversight of exactly what is happening across all of my accounts in my business. Provides me analytics of where I need to be concerned over my customers engagement as well as being able to oversee what my account team are doing!

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Nothing in particular that I don’t like. The analytics are brilliant, and with the addition of global analytics it’s making my life much easier. Would be helpful to have even more integrations, but the team at Clientshare tell me they are happening early next year.

Clientshare helps me to get a real insight into my customers, brings together all of my customer stakeholders in one place, gives me analytics through the tasks that my team are providing my customers with all the information that they require to make sure they remain happy!

Very little but ability to tailor the interface further is always welcome.

Client Share is one of the best tools I have used to share information, having been onsite with my client for a number of years, this tool has revolutionised the way I can communicate across the client, giving really time update & data to highlighting fantastic achievements and deliverables. Client Share has really revolutionised the way I can work with key stakeholders across the business and been a huge success with the client I work with. 

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Ways to remind that people have an invite pending, I can't email all of them and have to go through individually to send an new invite.

Communication - this is key for the business I am in, so having a tool where I can update the client in real time is fantastic. Able to access Operational Data in one place and share it with relevant stakeholders. What I loved about Client Share is that I provided me with one place for me to share everything I needed to with our Customers. It really brought to life our relationship and our Clients really appreciate the effort we make with it.  It was made really easy for us because it supported any file format and there isn't a limit to the size of the file that you upload.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

Some people in my organisation were slow to begin using it, however once they fully understood the benefits they began to use it more frequently.

Ensure there is clear direction for use for managers and leaders within your company.

We weren't very good at communicating with some of our tier one and two Clients showing them what we were up to and how we were delivering value.  Client Share allowed us to save time, because we now only share feedback and MI through Client Share and we have somewhere to show our Clients that we are going the extra mile.

**What do you like best about Clientshare?**

We initially implemented Client share to help drive additional revenue in each customer by selling complementary solutions and services and increase our customer retention rate. An unexpected outcome was our account management teams who used the platforms started including it in the sales cycle with new business customers with great results.

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

When we first started using the platform, the analytics and usage insights were very limited, the latest revision as seen significant improvements in this area, allowing us to see exactly how customers are interacting with the system and posts.

**What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reason we engaged with Client Share is around customer retention and account growth through selling additional services. We've been using the platform for just over a year now and whilst it is hard to pin point customer retention rate directly to the Platform the over feedback from customer is overwhelmingly positive. We have had one specific example of an account that was unhappy but the account team didn't pick this up, the 'feedback' feature in the solution captured and highlighted the customers concern which was then addressed by the account team, our feeling is this account would have been lost without this solution.

**What do you like best about Clientshare?**

All great software applications need to be intuitive and easy to use to ensure that the user community engages with the software. Client Share enables all parties with very little training to be able to collaborate and share information that cements a business relationship in a modern, easy to use and professional interface. The Client Share team are always available and extremely proactive in supporting the adoption of the software. They communicate with us through our own Client Share- so we get the view and benefits of our customers too. 

**What do you dislike about Clientshare?**

The only slight challenge we found was adoption at the beginning. No one likes admin  - however, once the team had logged in and started using Client Share the feedback and customer feedback was phenomenal. 

**What problems is Clientshare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract renewal is important and Client Share has added a fantastic tool to manage the relationships better. Our renewal rate has increased and Client Share is a factor in this.

I love the fact that i can have all my key accounts in one place, as well as having all of their operational data stored in one secure area for all of my clients. From the feedback that i have had from the clients - they absolutely love having all of their management info, contracts, and project reports all in one place to access whenever they like without having to scroll through their emails!

To be honest, there is very little i dislike about Client Share - it is simple and easy to use and makes a big difference for our customer retention!
