**What do you like best about Click?**

I’ve been using Click for a while now, and I’m honestly very impressed with the results. The platform is extremely user-friendly and integrates smoothly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, which made the transition effortless for our team.

What I love most is how it simplifies marketing automation and customer communication. Campaign creation is easy, tracking performance is clear, and everything feels well organized in one place. It has definitely helped us improve engagement and save a lot of time.

Their support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. You can really see that they care about their customers’ success.

Highly recommend Click to any business looking to streamline their marketing and grow efficiently!

**What do you dislike about Click?**

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Click, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be the initial learning curve. Since it offers many powerful features, it can feel slightly overwhelming at the beginning.

It took our team a little time to fully understand all the automation capabilities and advanced settings. However, once we got familiar with the platform, everything became much smoother.

That said, the support team and documentation really helped us during the onboarding process.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Click is solving the problem of disconnected marketing tools and inefficient customer communication. Earlier, we were managing campaigns, customer data, and follow-ups across different platforms, which made tracking performance and maintaining consistency very difficult.

With Click integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365, everything is now centralized. We can automate campaigns, personalize communication, and track results in real time without switching systems.

This has benefited us by saving time, improving team productivity, and increasing customer engagement. We’re now able to respond faster, run more targeted campaigns, and make data-driven decisions, which has positively impacted our overall business growth.

The user interface is definitely behind compared to products like HubSpot.

I love everything about Click. Their service works well with customers and I enjoy their delivery service, which is alright. They give me a free promotion and I can earn 99% off for clothes shopping every month end. The initial setup of Click was very easy and understandable. I also use my laptop with it, which helps me with a lot of things on Click. I find their overall online shopping experience problem-free.

They could improve by stocking brand new items like furniture and food items such as vegetables and fruits.

I was introduced to this product by my marketing vendor and after getting used to the platform i felt that it was super easy to learn and became a staple in my day to day management. It was a great solution to work within my team.

Soo many email notifications which can be turned off but it takes a while to get to the level of communication that worked for me.

One of the most defining feature of this software is the "anonymous visitors" findings. here we can find all our visited participants who anonymously reached out to our website, so next time we jump on it.

web content is also a great feature to create forms, surveys, subscription and all to gain popularity.

It sometimes delays or get slower when their is more traffic on the websites to get real time data frequently and fastly.

we can manage easily the coding and functioning as well as the marketing part in one single platform.
here we can design our forms and create visuals for the viewers and  reached easily onto them.

**What do you like best about Click?**

I feel there is a learning curve, but as they say, anything worth doing isn't easy. The learning curve is not that steep if you already have experiecne with other platforms, and as a daily user, i feel it was a fairly quick process to fall into a routine.  Implemtnation / Integration  is fairly simple when using qualified CRM experts. Things i like most are being able to see who clicked and opened isntead of constantly having to query for it. Many of the reviews i've seen are comparing apples to oranges, mainly because the CD ecoystem is all inclusive, whereasother platforms requrie that you switch from here to see this, and then over to here to see that. CD provides a single ecosystem that directly accesses your CRM. The CSMs and the Support team ar etop notch, very repsonsive and proactive in helping.  I'd say the biggest positive is with value. Sure there are better platforms, and there are cheaper platforms, but the value of each are no where near the value provided at this price point.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

Limitations in the Social media area, UX needs to be updated to be more modern, but it still passes the eye test. Would love to see more ability to customize things out of the box, rather than require coders and/or other experts to fully achieve my most desired functionality. There is no simple way to add pop-ups to a website, but again, if you have the expertise on HTML/CSS or have the resources, it isn't a heavy lift. There is often some nuances that can only be learned the hard way or with in-depth training from someone with extensive experience on the platform.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In today's world, having a "tech stack" is almost unavoidable. Having to go from one platform to another, to another, and so on is par for the course, but having a single platform that reduces a lot fo the back and forth and integrates web, email, NPS surveys with responses, and much more that is readily avaiable in the CRM increases productivity, reduces the back and forth and confusion of "dang, where was i...what was i doing befor ei had to switch to this that and the other...". I love that the ecosystem provides all of this visiblity, meanwhile i am able to automate a lot of my campaigns (set it and forget it) and focus mor eon reporting.

**What do you like best about Click?**

I like using ClickDimensions because it integrates with Microsoft Dynamics which is our current CRM. I can connect my social media accounts and therefore not only track how my leads engage with my email content, but I can also track how they engage with our social content directly from their lead record in CRM. The views are incredibly useful if you know how to query them properly. With the audiences feature, we are able to dig into our CRM data to uncover richer audience and lead types to craft campaigns around. We then, use the A/B test feature to determine a winning strategy and tweak form there.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

I would say as with most technology, ClickDimensions can be incredibly glitchy. We have been experiencing a strange issue with one of our users not being able to save after she changes the color of a button in an email. The user submitted a ticket to the support desk and it looks like it's a known issue in ClickDimensions but we have yet to hear back from support on how to rectify the issue. This issue also pushed out our lead email campaigns by a week. We'd rather send them right and late than wrong and on time. This is a consistent issue with ClickDimensions and it would be nice to see a resolution on the issue of the system actually saving when we click the button.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CD allows us some additional insight and visibility of how we are obtaining leads, where our most successful sources are, what are the top states for engagement, etc. We can see more of a snapshot into our sales funnel and where the lead dropped off, changed their mind, etc.

**What do you like best about Click?**

It is a product fully integrated into Dynamics 365, which greatly facilitates the analysis of information as it is all in the same repository. This integration naturally encourages frequent use of the tool on a regular basis. 
On the other hand, although it may possibly have less functionality than other similar products, the functionality it does have is particularly well-suited to the reality of marketing departments in Spanish companies. Few people can do many things in an easy way.
It is also important to note that they have very good customer service and that getting it up and running from an operational point of view is very simple and quick.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

I don't see any special disadvantages. Until recently, the use of Http instead of https in web content was a significant limitation, but fortunately, that has been resolved and now all web components (landing pages, surveys, forms, etc.) are generated with a secure address just like the links in email sends.

We have been using ClickDimensions for 6 years for most of our B2B marketing actions.

The amount of personalization and automation is very usefull in a B2B setting. We keep finding new ways to optimize and personalize our marketing campaigns with the tools in ClickDimensions. Also the options to connect the tool with other services is very usefull as it allows us to integrate with our other systems.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

There is a big learning curve. We work with a lot of marketers from all over the world on ClickDimensions and most of them don't know most of the features. In my opinion the ease of use could be improved so more marketers will use more of the features.

On of our biggest needs that ClickDimensions is helping is marketing automation. We run a lot of campaings and before we had to manage everything in Excel sheets which was not ideal. It is easy to forget to follow up or make mistakes if everything is manual. By automating these processes we became much more efficient.

ClickDimensions provides a variety of software to choose from. We went for the Hubspot marketing automation software. It gave us a holistic view of our marketing performance and the recommendations and analytics are very high quality, helping us in speedy decision making. The data can be modelled in many different ways and has helped us reach different customer groups with ease.

Marketing Automation in ClickDimensions allows my team to complete their tasks easier and therefore quicker. We find the Campaign Automation especially useful and we want to explore the use of Web Forms in the future to avoid manual imports of leads. Customer Support has been very helpful in answering our enquiries, too.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

I dislike the fact that contact record view is different in Dynamics and ClickDimensions. I needed IT support to consolidate the views, so that I don't have to switch between them to view all the collected information about a contact.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClickDimensions is solving the problem of sending GDPR-compliant emails by Subscription Management Opt-In method. Our team found switching to that method easy and now we are confident that we send only GDPR-compliant emails to our leads.

I find ClickDimensions to be a valuable tool due to its seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics, our current CRM system. 

The audiences feature enables us to delve into our CRM data, revealing more nuanced audience and lead types to inform targeted campaigns. Additionally, we leverage the A/B test feature to identify a winning strategy and make adjustments accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

ClickDimensions is less feature-rich than other marketing platforms I've used previously e.g. autogenerating plain text verions of emails.

The interface for creating email campaigns is super clunky.

The training academy is also very basic.

Helping us to segment our data in our CRM, contact relevant people and see how they are interacting with our content on site

Click Dimensions is easy to use and the reporting provided is excellent.

The editor and what actually gets sent out often look different. many times extra code will get stuck in the editor and it will affect font size, etc. Not exactly WYSIWYG. Also, because it pulls onl;y contacts from our AMS (Protech) and not registrants, etc. at times getting the marketing list correct is tricky.

It allows us to pull fresh data and track responses.

The support team at Click Dimensions is great, they are speedy and offer some great advice. Their individual marketing tools are pretty easy to pick up and use.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

The marketing tools do talk to one another but can be quite a process to have them all work cohesively. There are many limitations that we have faced such as; Marketing lists can only be tied to one subscription list, cannot combine email preferences in unsubscribe, and cannot include a survey in unsubscribe. We have been able to find workarounds with the support team however it is not ideally how we would like things to be set up.

Do a full analysis on ClickDimensions, Hubspot & Marketo and determine which one fits your needs.

ClickDimensions has allowed us to capture leads, have their profiles within our CRM and track their activity through the lead process. We're able to communicate with our segmented customers effectively.

I typically use ClickDimensions daily in my job wheather it's for building out mass emails, currating marketing lists, or sending out the emails themselves. I'd consider myself a between a novice and intermediate, but found I found it pretty easy to use and implement for what our company uses it for. Our personal rep is also great when we need support.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

Random times that mass emails do not send to our database that no one can explain why. Also sometimes the save feaute when building out an email will glitch out and never save thus loosing all work.

I like how ClickDimensions has so many features and areas of the product. The team is always there to support you and they provide extensive self-service training and great documentation as well. It's easy to use the basic functions, but there are plenty of more technical aspects you can delve into as well.

Sometimes ClickDimensions has very complicated ways to answer questions that would seem easy on the surface. It can be challenging to diagnose what went wrong unless you have very technical expertise.

We like the integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365. It allows us to create custom audiences at a level we could not with other marketing platforms. The Draft and Drop software is easy enough that you can build your own emails without any experience, but also built in such a way that you can use your own HTML code to build them however you like.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

ClickDimensions offers several features we do not need as a company, and we would prefer to exclude them from our contracts. You are also locked in for a 12-month contract, which is quite a significant investment upfront compared to the monthly billing with other platforms.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had issues in the past with upgrading our Click Dimensions platform. It was extremely costly for our team in terms of time to fix. We were 'down' for 3 months. This and we only recieved the proper support once we requested for our contract to be terminated. While it is great they are doing active updates to their software, they also need to consider the support they provide to their customers when these updates break things.

Is a very basic tool. There is no much you can do with it. For your first approach to Marketing Automation it could be a good tool, and also is better than having nothing, but there are many better tools out there. Also, is not very user friendly. The look and feel seems from the 90s.
