The reports you can run provide a great idata. It is a very user friendly software! **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** It appears that modules are often developed but never completed. For example, the portfolio management module is missing key aspects of reporting action items, which have been communicated to Customer Success. Before starting a new module, it is helpful to have one completed so there isn't so much 'in development'. **What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** There aren't any problems that are outstanding that haven't been resolved except for the portfolio module. We are an extremely transparent and communicative company and want our Board's to see what the manager is doing for the community. We were pushed to use the module but unfortunately it still needs a lot of work. ### 3. I think a key ingredient to this is CINC's integrated partners. These partners have essentially bought in to our success, and do everything possible to make our everyday job as easy and stress-free as possible. I love that our accounts are reconciled on a daily basis. I love that we can complete a mass-mailing with a click of a button. I love that we are able to offer so many different payment options to our clients. I haven't explored the new online voting option, but I look forward seeing what they have to offer. **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** I believe the major downside to CINC is the violation application. It is very tedious, laborious and time consuming. The off-line work option doesn't work half of the time. There are constantly glitches with correspondences created. Letters are hard to edit. Pictures cannot be time and dates stamped. The list goes on and on. This is one time in CINC where I feel I have to double, triple, quadruple check every time I use it..and that still does not mean that everything will come out correct in the end. **What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** The new portfolio application is a great addition to the CINC software. I believe that with time it will significantly improve the way our association managers perform. I love how it combines all the information to provide a detailed management report for each association. If this application was linked to work orders, board tasks, invoices, etc. it would be a total game changer. I would also like to see CINC make it easier to change, update, and delete action items. I'm really looking forward to seeing where CINC takes this. ### 25. The way CINC is setup allows us to have greater visibility of each step of the accounting process and we have seen a drastic improvement in our ability to complete monthly financials. The mobile app has been a game-changer for us in our local market. **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** The violation app is still full of bugs and my team is reporting functionality issues and we are still experiencing data connectivity issues even after trying every major cellular provider. The offline feature is still not working correctly. The lack of custom reporting is an issue. In Florida, we have many overseas owners, and the system is not set up to allow for international addresses. **Recommendations to others considering CINC Systems:** Do not try to convert all associations at one time. I love having the integrated banks and all that allows us to see and reconcile daily **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** I think the custom reports needs to enhanced and easier to use. Also the budget format needs to be enhanced to allow for budget reports that can be sent out directly from Cinc to the boards and homeowners. I also don't like that the budget export doesn't keep the allocation that was uploaded when you reexport or from year to year. I would also like to see that the ACH information can be copied back and forth from the information page to the offsite address page as it has to be reentered when people move from address to address. **What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transfers with integrated banks and cash flow is now easier. Ease of financial reporting also. But can we be able to email right out of Cinc rather than having to save the report and then email? ### 27. I like the statements & collections automation and the recurring reserve transfers. **What do you dislike about CINC Systems?** I hate that the billing type is associated with which address they are currently using. The information tab should hold all the ACH, email, phone numbers etc. none of that should depend on where the person is currently having their mail delivered.
