**What do you like best about STAN AI?**

The management company I work for has been using STAN AI for a couple of years now and it has been a great company and system to work with. As someone who had a portfolio of seventeen community associations at one time, it is great to use the tools and technology that we have to better service our clients. Once you get STAN AI set up, and you educate your residents about it, it can be so helpful as far as reducing the quantity of phone calls and emails received on a daily basis. It also enhances the resident's experience because they can ask many questions and get an answer 24/7. They don't have to take time out of their busy schedule to call us during our hours when they can simply text anytime or wait for someone to respond to an email. As someone who has worked in this industry for many years, I can say that the technology is top-notch and is necessary to keep up in today's world. From a customer's perspective, STAN AI has been great to work with. They are very responsive when I reach out and always impress me with their customer service. The system also integrates with systems we already use which makes it even better. I would recommend working with STAN AI.

**What do you dislike about STAN AI?**

The only downfall to STAN AI is that the setup can be time-consuming. Besides that, there's nothing I dislike.

**What problems is STAN AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

STAN AI reduces the number of phone calls and emails received by my office which frees our team members so they can work on other tasks. It also gives the customer a better experience as they can have many questions answered 24/7.

**What do you like best about STAN AI?**

I have been using Stan AI for 2 years now and I can happily say that it has helped me in many ways as an Association Manager. I use it to broadcast text to owners. The owners use it to text Stan and get info, resulting in fast and correct responses to them, making them happy. Fewer messages to us about items they can find out from Stan. The internal platform is easy to use and update. It also pulls info directly from our system now and from the condo docs which is a lifesaver. The Stan AI team is constantly working on ways to improve and add services that would be useful. My favorite part is the Chat GPT aspect which focuses on industry responses. Use it all the time! Thank you Stan AI!

**What do you dislike about STAN AI?**

There is nothing that I can think of that is not working well. When we ask they make it happen.

**What problems is STAN AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stan AI  solves a number of things. Because owners are able to chat with AI to get the answers about their community in real time, it saves me time responding to the emails and phone calls that it would've been if we didn't have Stan AI. With that extra time I have I am to focus on more.

Our company has used Stan for a couple of years now and we have been extremely happy with the return on our investment!  Our clients have a wealth of information at their fingertips and can access that information 24-7.  Stan allows us to provide immediate responses, so service to our clients is no longer limited to just our office's hours of operation.  The future is here.  The future is Stan!

**What do you dislike about STAN AI?**

AI is a new technology.  As the opportunity for Stan to learn has ocurred, the human-in-the-loop team has been very responsive and helpful with their assistance.

**What problems is STAN AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients have a wealth of information at their fingertips and can access that information 24-7.  Stan allows us to provide immediate responses, so service to our clients is no longer limited to just our office's hours of operation.

**What do you like best about STAN AI?**

It eliminates the emails related to the bylaws and declarations. Simplifies the process of finding the information and providing this to the homeowners.

**What do you dislike about STAN AI?**

Some answers are not present. Therefore, we have to email STAN AI to send the correct responses to the homeowner. Not often though.

**What problems is STAN AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Response times to homeowners with simple Q&A's.

**What do you like best about STAN AI?**

Stan is a AI tool that helps people who manage large communities. It can help them keep track of what´s going on in their community and make sure everyone is happy. It´s available all the time so people can use it whenever they want. It also helps the people who manage the community because it takes care of some of the work for them. It`s like having a little helper that makes things easier and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about STAN AI?**

I think the price is a downside because for a 10 door community the price would be $49 monthly and it is the same if I had an 80 door community so it does not seem fair.

**What problems is STAN AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the job easier for community administration and it is 24/7 available. It is very helpful to provide information and also for booking shared comunity resources.
