The management company I work for has been using STAN AI for a couple of years now and it has been a great company and system to work with. As someone who had a portfolio of seventeen community associations at one time, it is great to use the tools and technology that we have to better service our clients. Once you get STAN AI set up, and you educate your residents about it, it can be so helpful as far as reducing the quantity of phone calls and emails received on a daily basis. It also enhances the resident's experience because they can ask many questions and get an answer 24/7. They don't have to take time out of their busy schedule to call us during our hours when they can simply text anytime or wait for someone to respond to an email. As someone who has worked in this industry for many years, I can say that the technology is top-notch and is necessary to keep up in today's world. From a customer's perspective, STAN AI has been great to work with. They are very responsive when I reach out and always impress me with their customer service.
