We are a life sciences company selling services in a very regulated environment. We have been working with CIENCE for almost 3 years on research and outreach projects. We now consider them an extension of our inside sales team.

**What do you like best about CIENCE?**

CIENCE teams are very responsive, proactive and timely. We have had some challenging projects because of my company's delays in providing content, but regardless, CIENCE always completes the project on time.

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

There is nothing I dislike. CIENCE has been timely, professional and very proactive to share suggestions to improve out outreach results

We started with a trial project and saw the immediate success. I suggest doing the same

Promoting our organization as subject matter experts, branding, name recognition, establishing meetings at events.

Email campaign, customer research - they developed custom scripts for an email and phone campaign and then implemented.  They also discovered all of the customers we needed to target!!  

**What do you like best about CIENCE?**

Research and targeting ability are top notch.  Discussion, collaboration and work ethic all on point 

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

Getting appointments with target clients was more difficult than I expected, but we ultimately met the #'s that we laid out at the start

**Recommendations to others considering CIENCE:**

Great ability to do what they say; ensure that you have well defined goals for the project and CIENCE will do it.  Oksana was a great team lead for us.

CIENCE helped us accelerate market investigation and product launch activities.

We hired CIENCE to help for telemarketing and outbound marketing efforts to supplement our inbound efforts. 

**What do you like best about CIENCE?**

The account management team is extremely professional and their reporting capabilities are outstanding. They also do a great job on landing page design and graphics.

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

Their writing capabilities could be better but I tend to be very critical. 

**What problems is CIENCE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hired CIENCE for appointment setting and now they generate up to 1/3 of our demos a month.

I like how organized and communicative the CIENCE team is. We have a great account manager who communicates results and is proactive. Our SDRs are results oriented and helpful.

I have no complaints about working with CIENCE

CIENCE helped us source leads and other business development opportunities such as RFPs for relevant industries to our business. We were able to identify key industries to target business development efforts.  

**What do you like best about CIENCE?**

CIENCE was able to give us the traction and results of a sales staff when our sales team was still growing. They are prompt with responding to communications. 

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

Sometimes we didn't feel like we needed to meet every week and would have been fine just having the weekly result sent to us instead of presented. 

**What problems is CIENCE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The weekly data reports helped identify an industry not to pursue, which saved us time and effort because we knew where/when to shift our focus. We were able to set productive appointments with leads.

As part of our organization's continued rapid growth plan, we re-engineered our prospecting / biz dev program.

**What do you like best about CIENCE?**

After an exhaustive search for vendors, Cience stood out as a clear leader.  We had very stringent requirements and high expectations.  The entire Cience team took on a partnership orientation and worked alongside our crew to design and implement a solution that helped drive the outcomes we desired. 

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about Cience.  Success in this industry is difficult to obtain so any obstacles are natural components of running an effective biz dev team.  When an obstacles is encountered, Cience is always ready and willing to collaborate and overcome the obstacle.

The team at Cience is clearly passionate about helping us achieve our goals. They are quick to answer any questions and waste no time bringing in the appropriate people to get the job done. Oksana has been the most organized team leader.

Have some trouble with the copywriters understanding our tone of voice and messaging but the team is working hard to solve any problems.

I used Cience to generate meetings for my outside sales team. 

**What do you like best about CIENCE?**

The team was a pleasure to work with.  Very professional, courteous and results oriented.  The thing I like best is that they actually have ideas on what to try next or what to change.  They don't just ask me what I think we should do.

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

The downside of using Cience isn't unique to them.  Obviously, when you outsource a function versus hire internally, you lose a bit of control over the daily activities outside of creating new meetings.

**What problems is CIENCE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're working toward outsourcing the top of the funnel.  We're not yet ready to move to a fully outsourced model, but we are getting appointments for our outside sales reps.

We work with CIENCE for lead generation and for outbound contacts for those leads.

**What do you like best about CIENCE?**

The CIENCE team that we work with are extremely responsive and flexible. They have been great at communicating in a timely manner, They are constantly optimizing the content and their process so that the contact with the potential client is as efficient as can be.

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

Sometimes the appointments set-up are not as fruitful as hoped (ie. not the right kind of project, small scale, etc.)

We were able to gain a few leads that led to sales. We are constantly optimizing the process wherever we can.

I don't really have any as I have only been working with them for a couple of months.  Maybe time difference could be an issue for communication down the line but right now it isn't.

Lead generation and email marketing. Main goal was to get qualified Zoom meetings setup with customers that could / would purchase our products.

**What do you like best about CIENCE?**

They are receptive, easy to work with, open to suggestions and tweaking. They have been able to cater to our changing needs and are a pleasure to work with. They are consistent and reliable.

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

No complaints so far, just quite pricey for the services we get.

CIENCE has helped increase the number of qualified leads generated for us, which have lead to an increase in sales. They are persistent and take care of the top end of our funnel, so that the people we interact with are more qualified and interested in our products.

Cience is currently helping us with prospecting in a new market for us. Their goal is to schedule as many meetings as possible with our sales reps.

They are very organized and at the same time flexible to meet our schedule, our business approach and overall the quality of the meetings has been great.

Sometimes we have meetings with the wrong person who is not the decision maker, but it only happened few times.

CIENCE provides us with a multi-faceted outreach strategy including B2B lead generation, partnership outreach and content marketing collaboration. Each campaign was thoroughly planned, reported and executed efficiently. The service they provide exceeded expectations both in terms of quality and quantity and the staff was a pleasure to work with.

Every step of the service was well executed. From planning and research to prospect correspondence to reporting. On top of that, the communications were clear and the CIENCE team was quick to adapt to new ideas or shifts in strategy throughout each campaign

Skilled execution - Cience has all the tools to execute efficiently and effectively at a great ROI

It's a highly technical sale.  So it takes some time to bring SDR(s) up to speed and comfortable with the content.

I like a) the prospecting job Abby does, b) the follow-ups and weekly updates from Daniel, and c) the lead/names Julia provides.

Cience was tasked to source leads and conduct outbound SDR related work. They have been very successful on both fronts. In addition, their lead (Jean) has been very helpful with sales ops related work. Big value add. 

**What do you like best about CIENCE?**

The team. Mike (VP) and Cience team are professional and easy to work with. Extremely responsive. 

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

Not much to dislike. The challenges that naturally come with outsourced work (SDR accent on the phone, cultural differences etc.) is a factor but doesn't stop progress.

Cience gave me an entire team to provide SDR services to do outbound lead generation.

The team. It's not just one person, but a team of people you get access to.

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

There are some minor adjustments you have to make just as you would working with any new vendor. It wasn't anything too burdensome, though.

We chose Leadware because of the value they proposed: tasks, pricing, accessibility, and experience.
They generated the number of leads in the time agreed, and worked closely with me on changes and some fine tuning needed.
After two weeks of start, we already had several calls booked. In 3 months (with one sales assistant), we had over 35 calls, which was much more than I ever did by myself.
The best part is working with the Leader of the project (account manager) and the sales assistant assigned to us. They were very responsive, adaptable, and organized. Truly a pleasure working with them.

Customer Service, weekly reporting, organizational skills.

**What do you dislike about CIENCE?**

nothing. i would refer them and work with them continuously.

They have great client relations experience. Very adaptable.
