**What do you like best about Chatling?**

I use Chatling to help businesses create AI-powered chat experiences that can answer FAQs, provide quick info, and improve support availability. I've enjoyed using their chat builder and human support features, especially as they've really improved those areas. Chatling helps reduce the need for my clients to manually answer the same questions repeatedly, providing accurate, consistent, and quick answers, saving time, and aligning AI responses with the brand's tone. It's really easy to train the AI agents due to constant improvements, and you get great value for their price point. I enjoy the ease of their chat flow builder, making it very easy to build a flow, and since everything is in one place, it's easier to implement AI answers directly, with less setup work and fewer moving parts compared to integrating an AI agent with a third-party platform.

**What do you dislike about Chatling?**

Their support is slow. Sometimes you need answers quickly, it sometimes feels as if Chatling has just one person dedicated to assisting and if they aren't available then you have to wait a while. Could be improved, especially when setting up external requests. Finding out the numbers attached to Haiku or Deepseek or various forms of Claude sometimes takes a bit more effort to find.

Chatling reduces manual responses, provides consistent and quick answers, saves time, and matches the brand's tone, while streamlining AI implementation with an easy-to-use chat flow builder.

**What do you like best about Chatling?**

I find Chatling's builder app to be very robust with a lot of options and flexibility, which makes it really useful for me as an average user. I appreciate the knowledge base because it allows me to upload entire books so that the AI can mimic characters, like those from my book, enabling people to interact with them on a website. Additionally, it's very valuable to incorporate standard operating procedures and work-related details from my 23-year career into the knowledge base. This way, my personality and knowledge continue even though I've retired, and people can still feel a sense of connection with me. The setup of Chatling was visually straightforward, which I enjoyed, and the support team helped resolve my technical challenges quickly, making the initial setup pretty easy overall.

**What do you dislike about Chatling?**

I wanted to randomize the chatbot greeting with various welcoming texts, but I had to instill another AI chatbot to do that, which costs a lot of tokens. So, maybe it could have a randomized welcome feature to add variety. Also, the cost associated with the free version and the token usage is kinda low; it doesn't really translate well for regular users like startups being able to afford the subscription.

I use Chatling to extend my influence from previous work and create interactive AI characters from my books. It helps maintain my personality and knowledge post-retirement, allowing others to interact with familiar characters and access detailed knowledge bases.

**What do you like best about Chatling?**

I like the ease of use with Chatling. The setup was very easy and straightforward. You don't need to know much about technology or any coding to set it up. It took me about twenty minutes to have everything on our page set up with all the necessary information from our handbook and website. It's very simple to use.

**What do you dislike about Chatling?**

Yeah. Sometimes it misses stuff, especially like calendar items. I've downloaded the school calendar into Chatling, and sometimes I'll ask for a date just to test it, and it doesn't know that date. So I can't figure out why it gets some things and misses others.

**What problems is Chatling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Chatling as a bot on our webpage to answer routine questions during after hours. It saves parents from searching through our 70-page handbook for dates or details, providing answers right away. The setup is incredibly simple, even without any coding knowledge.

**What do you like best about Chatling?**

What I like best about Chatling is how simple and intuitive it is to use. It allows creating AI-based chats both for a website and for WhatsApp with no technical knowledge required. The interface is clean, user-friendly, and supports multiple languages — including Hebrew — which makes it very convenient for our team and users alike.

**What do you dislike about Chatling?**

Currently, Chatling does not support accessibility for blind users using screen readers, which limits inclusivity. In addition, there’s no option to import or export flows, and it’s not possible to copy or duplicate a full group of blocks — something that would make building larger bots faster.

**What problems is Chatling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatling helps us manage conversations efficiently through both our website and WhatsApp, providing immediate and automated responses to common questions. This saves a great deal of time, improves customer engagement, and ensures smoother communication in Hebrew and other languages. I’d say the pricing, although it seems relatively fair, does add up when you factor it into the overall monthly website cost. The plugin we used previously (although it didn’t have AI) was about a quarter of the price.

It helps us convert customers who often get lost in our very tech-heavy solutions. It guides them toward the right product, which saves us the first two emails when they reach out asking for an offer. I also feel it’s a more natural way to request data.

I would prefer if the text box were more visible. It is light grey over white, which I find hard to see. Some customization here would be great.

I don't like that it's not possible to automate everything in one place. For example, receiving leads from a chatbot on your website and having the WhatsApp integration send a message directly to the captured lead isn't possible.

I love that the Chatling chatbot formulates beautiful answers. It gives the impression that in 75% of the cases a real person is responding. Additionally, the initial installation was very easy, even without experience it went well. Due to the formulation of answers, we receive fewer emails from visitors because they get the answer directly. This makes it a valuable tool for supporting our festival websites.

Sometimes the chatbot thinks for itself, it's still a puzzle where in the dashboard you need to change that.

**What do you like best about Chatling?**

I’m really impressed with this software! First, the free version is a huge benefit for small businesses just starting out—it gave me the opportunity to try the chatbot without any upfront cost. I likely wouldn’t have discovered how great it is otherwise.

Second, the instructional videos were extremely helpful. As someone with no prior experience setting up bots, I appreciated the clear, step-by-step guidance. I even found a tutorial specifically for my website host (Hostinger), which made integration seamless.

Third, the tools are very intuitive and easy to use, great for beginners like me. Lastly, the bot responses were accurate and performed exactly as expected.

I'm genuinely happy I found this software and highly recommend it to others!

Lack of 24/7 live chat support. Depending on emails to resolve issues or obtaining clarifications is a very slow process.

Having the chatbot at my website for some reason gives me a piece of mind that prospective clients that may not have time and patience to go over the whole website, can have the information that they need quicker. **What do you like best about Chatling?**

After watching the how to use video it took no more than 5 minutes to add the Chatbot to our website with direct reference to all the information on our website. We then redesigned the process flow and with 3 emails to support had the bot doing an even more sophisticated workflow. Only technical knowledge necessary was knowing how to add the widget to the website after the header on each page we wanted the bot to work. Easy as!

At this stage, I can't think f any. Even th efees are extremely reasonable.

**What problems is Chatling solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a business model that runs with no direct user interface with real people as that would mean higher fees for users. Chatling allows us to provide comprehensive online support for prospective and subscribed customers. By adding each interaction to a Google Sheet we can then monitor any "Couldn't answer" responses and further enhace the information in the knowledgebase.

Ching works great. It’s very easy to use. The interface looks really good and it usually is up most of the time. Sometimes there are issues with the up time and that is the only reason why I’m not giving you a 10 out of 10, but it is very easy to configure. The pricing is good and it generally works as it is supposed to and the AI works great.

downtime. sometimes chatting is down. I’m not sure why this happens but sometimes I am showing a client a demo of a website and chatting is not working and it doesn’t look great on my end so if they could fix this, that would be great.

**What do you like best about Chatling?**

I’ve been using Chatling.ai to handle basic customer support on our website, and it’s honestly one of the easiest tools I’ve tried. Setting it up took minutes — just drop in your website URL or upload a document, and the bot starts training itself. The interface is clean, beginner-friendly, and surprisingly flexible when it comes to branding and language support. It handles multiple languages pretty well, which is a bonus for businesses with an international audience. It also fully supports RTL languages, like Hebrew and Arabic.

The bot runs on GPT, Claude or Gemini under the hood (you may choose any version to your preference), so the conversations feel natural and responsive. For simple FAQs and general support, it does the job nicely. 

The thing I actually like the most, besides the ease of use, is their knowledge-base-bot on chatling.ai. Their team made an amazing effort to build an excessive knowledge base for the bot which delightfully explains any and every issue you might run into. Super helpful if you are a beginner like myself 😊

**What do you dislike about Chatling?**

Once you start needing more advanced functionality — like fallback behavior, confidence scoring, or more control over what content gets indexed — the limitations start to show. The analytics are pretty barebones, and if your data isn’t super clean, the bot might pull out irrelevant answers.
If your webpage is an e-shop or site with lots of pages or articles, it is a nightmare to sort which pages you want to add to the knowledge base and which to avoid. 
No excel import options for the knowledge base.

Chatling solves the “I need a smart chatbot but don’t have time to build one” problem. You just plug in your content, and it gives you a working bot that can actually answer questions. No coding, no headache. It’s been super helpful for handling basic support without needing a full team. Fast setup, decent answers, and saves me a ton of back-and-forth with customers.

What I like best about Chatling is how incredibly easy and intuitive it is to build and train an AI customer service chatbot without any coding. The drag-and-drop interface and clear workflow allow even non-technical users to create powerful bots quickly. Within just a week, we were able to launch a fully functional CS chatbot that significantly reduced call volume and improved customer satisfaction.

One thing I’d like to see improved is more advanced analytics and conversation reporting tools. While the basic data is helpful, having deeper insights — such as conversion tracking or AI performance metrics — would make it even more valuable for optimizing chatbot performance over time.

We have saved so much time on customer support inquiries thanks to Chatling. We have over 100+ articles in our knowledge base, so Chatling became an expert on our product immediately after scanning them. The answers it writes are essentially the same as I would provide, but customers get an answer in seconds instead of waiting hours. It's also fantastic that it can speak any language. We have lots of international customers, and it's amazing to watch Chatling answer their questions correctly in German, Italian, etc.

I was worried about keeping the knowledge base in sync, but they have recently added a feature to re-scan pages at regular intervals.

It is compared to others incredibly easy to use. I have tried many, I'm not a coder and don't want to be. Chatling allowed me to get a chatbot up and running that sends a user a summary of the conversation plus other information in under a couple of hours. Most other software for me at least takes you 9 tenths of the way but then there always seems to be a stumbling block. Not had that with Chatling and it also seems very robust across multipl platforms and devices 👍

**What do you dislike about Chatling?**

There's nothing personally I do not like for my use case. I can see that more sophistcated users might like more features e.g. the ability to use brand fonts rather than stock within Chatling. But development of new features does seem active, its not a product gathering dust.

It serves multilple use cases and more will probably follow. The common thread fo me is they allow a user to get tailored information easily and quickly direct to their inbox for reference. This encourages engagment and understanding about relatively complex ideas which would not ordinarily be possible without the user having to read through a text heavy website - which nobody want and unlikey to sift through to find what they want. The chatbot serves up the exact info they want and spares them being exposed to the work of processing information that they doin't want.

Super easy to get it up and going while still allowing fine-grain control of the chat flow. The WhatsApp integration is great and works well! Knowledgebase is *WAY* easier to create and run than your own RAG setup - just upload docs and you're done! Email support is fairly responsive. Choice of many different AI LLMs.

A bit ironic that a customer service chatbot company doesn't have chat support, lol - email only. But it's good email support. Don't use if you need long-term memory for the chat, but that's unusual in customer support applications.

Chatling is extremely intuitive. I've been able to quickly create pretty complex chatbots without any coding knowledge. I can easily build a visual map of my chatbot's conversation that integrates videos, sends emails, saves variables from the conversation, and creates conditional pathways and loops. Each account allows you to build multiple chatbots and you can test them as you build with the "preview" function. Chatling also makes it easy to go back and review conversations and sort by how helpful an AI response was.

New features are always being added, but some I would like to see are: 1. Better integration with Zapier (being able to map specific variable values to a spreadsheet, for example), 2. Ability to copy knowledge base between chatbots

We surveyed many different chatbot solutions prior to testing the Chatling service. The Chatling solution is very intuitive, easy to use and simple to deploy.  In particular, the loading and management of the Chatling Knowledge Base has been very important to our rollout of the solution considering we had over 50 million characters to process. Lastly, their customer support team led by May has been responsive, accurate and open to improving the Chatling service. We recently requested that all Chatbot transcripts have end-user download capabilities. Yesterday, Chatling released that exact feature.

Chatling is easy for a novice to use with its drag and drop builder interface. I work with it almost every day and here is what I like.
1. KNOWLEDGE BASE: It supports your own Knowledge Base. It is simple to upload an entire website, dozens of individual webpages, documents, text, and FAQs. The storage limit is very generous. 
2. WEBSITE INTEGRATION: It is easy to implement on your website and its webpage appearance is customizable with many options. 
3. AI MODELS: You can choose from several AI models. You can even build two or more chatbots, each with its own model for testing. 
4. LANGUAGES: You can set the bot to answer user questions in over 80 languages or a specific language. 
5. FINE-TUNE ANSWERS: You can view users' conversations with the bot. If an answer is weak, it is easy to fine-tune the answer so that bot answers correctly the next time. Great feature.
6. SUPERIOR TECH STACK: I don't know what the tech stack is under the hood, but it seems to me that the web scraper, RAG app, vector database, and whatever else Chatling uses, is far superior to other chatbot builders, producing superior responses.
7. VERY AFFORDABLE: For all that, Chatling is very reasonably priced. Other platforms with fewer features and flexibility are much more expensive.
8. SUPPORT: Support is quick and excellent. Plus, they are constantly improving the platform and adding new features.

I have tried building a chatbot from the ground up and tried dozens of no-code platforms .Chatling is the very best by a long shot. No contest.
