What do you like best about Chatling?

I’m really impressed with this software! First, the free version is a huge benefit for small businesses just starting out—it gave me the opportunity to try the chatbot without any upfront cost. I likely wouldn’t have discovered how great it is otherwise.

Second, the instructional videos were extremely helpful. As someone with no prior experience setting up bots, I appreciated the clear, step-by-step guidance. I even found a tutorial specifically for my website host (Hostinger), which made integration seamless.

Third, the tools are very intuitive and easy to use, great for beginners like me. Lastly, the bot responses were accurate and performed exactly as expected.

What do you dislike about Chatling?

What do you like best about Chatling?

Ching works great. It’s very easy to use. The interface looks really good and it usually is up most of the time. Sometimes there are issues with the up time and that is the only reason why I’m not giving you a 10 out of 10, but it is very easy to configure. What do you dislike about Chatling?

downtime. sometimes chatting is down. I’m not sure why this happens but sometimes I am showing a client a demo of a website and chatting is not working and it doesn’t look great on my end so if they could fix this, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
