The set up was easy, and making changes has always been easy. Giving our people the choice between an app and the website has been nice, too.

"Super Easy Receipt Uploads That Keep Expense Reports Organized"

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

Super easy to upload receipts. I can upload them to the mobile app as I receive them and when I return to the office I can at the click of a button add all receipts to my expense report. very easy to use, and the ability to upload actual screenshot receipts from my phone gallery vs only being allowed to use the camera on the app to take a new photo was a major upgrade. excellent integration with other apps. a simple expense report can be fully processed start to finish in under five minutes. Certify has changed the name, app name and added some new features to the app. Nearly everything they've modified and added to the application, our company doesn't use. Companies like us are only interested in one function from this company, which is the easy expense creating and submission process. All the other extra fancy features are great for some companies. We moved from excel spreadsheeet submissions to certify. This is way faster and easier to complete now. as well, workflow approval is easier and more timely. {"I am extremely disappointed with Emburse Expense Professional. The software looks outdated, as if it was built in 2006 with only minimal UI changes since then. I find this embarrassing for a billion-dollar company to have such a product on the market.","The sales process was misleading, and the claims made by the salesperson were untrue. This has left me feeling deceived by the company.","The software is expensive, at $3,000 a year for just 15 people, which I find crazy.","The setup process was challenging, primarily because the salespeople rushed us. Importing data proved to be a significant pain.","There was an inability to connect with Chase credit cards, despite being assured beforehand that it would work. This was a major issue since they suggested we get different cards instead of resolving the problem.","The software was ineffective and solved none of our expense management issues. It added more time to our workflows, ultimately slowing everyone down.","The user interface is poorly designed and feels like complete trash.
