My company is really quick about getting me paid back, this is due to the notfications that pop up on thier end whenever I expense something. **What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?** Syncing from mobile phone to desktop sometimes dosnet work. Most likely due to signal strenght of being inside a building. **What problems is Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense) solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that I encountered before Certify is that I would have to physclly send in my receipts to my direct manager and then wait for them to look at it and then enter it into the system. Certify negates all the wait time and allows me to upload expenses instantly, send a notification to my Admin Team and they can push it through at the click of a button. ### 2. It was up to me to implement. Every dimension of the experience was terrrible. The software is hard to use. Menus are confusing and duplicative. Implemention is super complex. The implementation team sent an execl spreasdheet with 5 different tabs that I needed to fill out. It looked like hours of work. I gave up on the implementation, despite being locked into a 1-year contract. Then, after I cancelled, we kept getting invoiced. I reached out to Emburse 5 times to fix the invoicing issue, and never heard anything back. My whole experience has been a nightmare. I wish we had more trainings and question sessions before rolling it out. Either save frequently used Vendor and Attendee information or allow user to build "favorites" for frequently used Vendor and Attendees. Additionally, when I went over on certain expenses charged to my credit card, how to deal with that situation was not straightforward. I guess Certify could be better if it implemented a way for the system to auto-select the right receipt for you? Since it can read the amount, it should be able to say "Is this your receipt?" It's not real easy seeing my past expense reports without going into reporting and filtering. Why shouldn't all my own expense reports just be listed without any filtering and then show the status next to it. Just take a picture and go. I also love that it will auto fill in your information from your receipt which leaves you with minimal data entry. In addition to that I love that it can flag it if you almost accidentally submit a receipt that is duplicate. Although this one is annoying when doing mileage because if you drove to the same place more than once in a day it flags it too but that is a small annoyance for all of the amazing thing this system can do. **What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?** Honestly the only thing I dislike is when it flags a duplicate that is not actually a duplicate because it is the same amount on the same day. It will do this even if it was receipts for the same amount from two different businesses or if the map is not the same for both trips but the mileage is.
