"Does what it says it's gonna do"

What do you like best about CARMA?

I really enjoy the ease of use. Our team has been able to add in CustomScoop into our pipeline effortlessly, and with little startup work. The result is a fabulous workflow that everyone can utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CARMA?

I think some of the menus can be improved for clarity. While the software is easy to start on and use, there are times I find myself clicking through too many options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
