**Describe the project or task BuzzBack helped with:**

Knowing my consumers was an arduous task, since I did not understand why my products did not reach the final consumer or did not reach all of my clients.
Through BuzzBack, understanding and knowing my consumers was easy because through innovation and the use of images, phrases, words and signals, my clients can more easily express their taste or preference for the brand and take corrective actions

**What do you like best about BuzzBack?**

the innovation and the ease with which BuzzBack uses current, digital, visual tools to determine how consumers perceive the brand and thus in a faster way and with a clearer direction to provide and develop a new product that is attractive and easily understandable .

 The first step would be to take the right step, which is why BuzzBack helped us go beyond traditional approaches and gave us specificity on how to refine the language before developing concepts and communications

**What do you dislike about BuzzBack?**

There is no negative experience in my time with BuzzBack.
innovation, ease, practicality, above all passion and a high sense of practicality denote commitment.
However, the response times could improve a bit

100% recommended.
I personally look forward to a next opportunity to work with BuzzBack.
Their commitment demonstrates the genuine interest of wanting to help large corporations and emerging brands such as GM Desing to overcome the challenges surrounding the development of concepts, brand positioning and communication strategy.

**What problems is BuzzBack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems was not knowing what consumers thought of my products, another was the positioning of the same in the industry.
Thanks to BuzzBack and its research on our positioning and the opinion of our clients, we managed to design and develop better products that tell a story in a format that is highly visual and practical, allowing customers to make better decisions and accelerate innovation
