Knowing my consumers was an arduous task, since I did not understand why my products did not reach the final consumer or did not reach all of my clients.

the innovation and the ease with which BuzzBack uses current, digital, visual tools to determine how consumers perceive the brand and thus in a faster way and with a clearer direction to provide and develop a new product that is attractive and easily understandable .

One of the main problems was not knowing what consumers thought of my products, another was the positioning of the same in the industry.
