Initially it appeared impossible to pull data from one of the sites. Crawl Now team proposed an out of the box solution and made it happen. Also, their CEO responds to the inquiries by himself. That was impressive and much better than speaking to a sales associate with no technical knowledge

The thing I liked the best is that CrawlNow staff patiently worked with us to scope out the project requirements. We started with very vague and high-level requirements. We had to have four to five meetings to figure out what data needs to be crawled. In between those meetings, CrawlNow team provided multiple data samples and pricing estimates and discussed trade-offs of various approaches before we converged on a solution.

I had nothing to dislike. The job was very well done.
