Implementing Bujeti has been a game-changer for our finance team and the company as a whole. It’s not just a budgeting tool — it’s a powerful financial management platform that has helped us structure, automate, and gain full control over our financial operations.

The integration of supplier payments and corporate cards into Bujeti allowed us to centralize all our spending in one place. With automated approval workflows, customizable spend limits, and real-time monitoring, we’ve significantly improved our internal controls and reduced the risk of errors.

What do you dislike about Bujeti?

If there’s one constructive point to raise, it’s that Bujeti is such a powerful and well-designed tool that it naturally pushes users to expect even more — especially as adoption grows internally and teams start relying on it daily. For example, after streamlining our spend approvals and supplier payments, we quickly started thinking about deeper reporting customization or more integrations.

This isn’t so much a flaw as it is a testament to the product’s value: once you’ve seen how much it can improve your processes, you want to push it further.

That said, the Bujeti team is extremely responsive to feedback and very close to its users. We’ve seen rapid iterations based on our input, and it’s clear they’re building the product in direct partnership with their clients. What do you like best about Bujeti?

One of my favorite features is the ability to create multiple accounts aligned with specific expense categories. This makes it easy to allocate funds and work with the allocated budgets . I also love the option to fund each account and grant approvals directly from them, giving full control over disbursements.

No downsides whatsoever . Excellent service, an incredible user interface, and a highly responsive team.
