**What do you like best about Bujeti?**

Implementing Bujeti has been a game-changer for our finance team and the company as a whole. It’s not just a budgeting tool — it’s a powerful financial management platform that has helped us structure, automate, and gain full control over our financial operations.

The integration of supplier payments and corporate cards into Bujeti allowed us to centralize all our spending in one place. With automated approval workflows, customizable spend limits, and real-time monitoring, we’ve significantly improved our internal controls and reduced the risk of errors.

On the accounts receivable side, Bujeti has helped us streamline invoice tracking and optimize cash collection, leading to faster and more reliable client payments.

Concrete results:

**What do you dislike about Bujeti?**

If there’s one constructive point to raise, it’s that Bujeti is such a powerful and well-designed tool that it naturally pushes users to expect even more — especially as adoption grows internally and teams start relying on it daily. For example, after streamlining our spend approvals and supplier payments, we quickly started thinking about deeper reporting customization or more integrations.

This isn’t so much a flaw as it is a testament to the product’s value: once you’ve seen how much it can improve your processes, you want to push it further.

That said, the Bujeti team is extremely responsive to feedback and very close to its users. We’ve seen rapid iterations based on our input, and it’s clear they’re building the product in direct partnership with their clients. The few limitations we’ve encountered feel more like short-term gaps than long-term issues.

**What problems is Bujeti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1.	Fragmented Spend Management – Before Bujeti, spend data was scattered across different tools and teams, making it hard to get a real-time, consolidated view. Bujeti centralized all spending (including supplier payments, corporate cards, and expense approvals), giving us full visibility and control.
2.	Manual Processes & Approval Bottlenecks – We used to rely on spreadsheets, emails, and Slack threads to manage approvals and track budgets. Bujeti’s automated workflows and spend policies eliminated friction, reduced human error, and sped up decision-making across departments.
3.	Delayed Reporting & Forecasting – Monthly reporting used to take days. Now, we have real-time dashboards and up-to-date forecasts at our fingertips. This has drastically improved our ability to monitor performance, course-correct quickly, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
4.	Cash Flow & Payables Management – Bujeti helped us track client invoices more efficiently and manage supplier payments with precision, leading to better cash flow control and stronger supplier relationships

**What do you like best about Bujeti?**

One of my favorite features is the ability to create multiple accounts aligned with specific expense categories. This makes it easy to allocate funds and work with the allocated budgets . I also love the option to fund each account and grant approvals directly from them, giving full control over disbursements.

Another feature I find incredibly useful is the ability to upload expense receipts even after approvals have been given. This ensures accurate record-keeping and improves accountability.

**What do you dislike about Bujeti?**

No downsides whatsoever . Excellent service, an incredible user interface, and a highly responsive team.
The overall experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Every interaction has been smooth, and the platform is both intuitive and reliable.

Expense management.

**What do you like best about Bujeti?**

We've been using Bujeti primarily for staff expense reimbursements and vendor payments, and it’s been a game-changer for our operations. My favourite feature is the ability to attach receipts to expenses as it's made our audit process significantly smoother and more transparent.

Their support team are always responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making the platform work for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Bujeti?**

If there’s one thing I’d love to see improved, it’s the speed of some product updates as a few features have taken longer to roll out than expected. But overall, it’s been a solid experience and a great fit for our team.

**What problems is Bujeti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Bujeti, managing staff reimbursements and vendor payments was fragmented and often time consuming. We dealt with scattered receipts, manual approvals, and inconsistent record keeping; all of which made audits a hassle and slowed down operations.

Their support team is also exceptional,quick, helpful, and genuinely invested in our success.

Bujeti is solving the challenge of fragmented and manual expense management. Before, we relied on shared accounts, spreadsheets, and delayed reconciliations, which often led to errors, delays, and poor visibility. Now, with Bujeti, we can assign budgets, issue spending cards, and track every transaction in real-time. This has increased our financial accountability, reduced fraud risks, and freed up our team to focus on delivering impact rather than chasing receipts or approvals. It’s a huge step forward in transparency and operational efficiency for our nonprofit.
