The cloud-based system offers a range of features that have improved our connectivity and productivity.One of the standout features is the ability to make and receive calls over the internet. This has eliminated the need for traditional phone lines and reduced our monthly expenses. The call quality is generally excellent, although occasional minor glitches have been noticed during peak usage times.The call management tools are a real game-changer. Call routing and forwarding options are highly customizable, allowing us to ensure that calls are directed to the right team members, even if they're working remotely. The voicemail-to-email feature has also been invaluable, ensuring that no important message goes unnoticed. **What do you dislike about BT Cloud Phone?** On the downside, setting up the system initially was a bit complicated, and we had to rely on customer support for assistance. The support team, however, was responsive and guided us through the process effectively.While BT Cloud Phone offers a range of features, there were a few advanced functionalities that we felt were lacking. It has incredible functionality to check all call logs and recordings. Even it has a feature to log in as per the IAM service. **What do you dislike about BT Cloud Phone?** It's all good, and It cloud be improved in terms of browser compatibility. Should enhance cookies kind of stuff to save cache information. The browser setting should be automatically adjusted. **What problems is BT Cloud Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was working on RDC support, so it was critical to attend the calls on time. For this, BT Cloud helped us to implement such necessary calls and allowed us to monitor all call logs closely. ### 3. It would be great if the call connected even without the host present (it was a daily stand-up call so the host was not always present) **What problems is BT Cloud Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not having to set up a meeting on a well known communicator every time we need a call. Calling into a war room to solve ad hoc issues.
