
I've been using BT Cloud Phone for my small business for the past year, and it has significantly streamlined our communication processes. The cloud-based system offers a range of features that have improved our connectivity and productivity.One of the standout features is the ability to make and receive calls over the internet. This has eliminated the need for traditional phone lines and reduced our monthly expenses. The call quality is generally excellent, although occasional minor glitches have been noticed during peak usage times.The call management tools are a real game-changer. Call routing and forwarding options are highly customizable, allowing us to ensure that calls are directed to the right team members, even if they're working remotely. On the downside, setting up the system initially was a bit complicated, and we had to rely on customer support for assistance. The support team, however, was responsive and guided us through the process effectively.While BT Cloud Phone offers a range of features, there were a few advanced functionalities that we felt were lacking.
