My BT One Phone experience

|BT One Phone
Unified Number Across Devices You can link landline, desk-phone, mobile and extensions so that if someone calls your business number, it’ll reach you wherever you are (on your mobile or desk). Cloud-Hosted System / Flexibility Because it’s cloud based, you get many of the functions of a full office phone system (call routing, forwarding, hunt groups, etc.) without needing dedicated hardware per user. You can control things centrally via a portal. Mobile & Remote Working Support The mobile app means you’re not tied to your desk. You can see your presence status, access voicemails, company directory, manage settings like follow-me (call forwarding) etc. This helps a lot if you travel or work outside the office.

I've been using BT Cloud Phone for my small business for the past year, and it has significantly streamlined our communication processes. The cloud-based system offers a range of features that have improved our connectivity and productivity.One of the standout features is the ability to make and receive calls over the internet. This has eliminated the need for traditional phone lines and reduced our monthly expenses. The call quality is generally excellent, although occasional minor glitches have been noticed during peak usage times.The call management tools are a real game-changer. Call routing and forwarding options are highly customizable, allowing us to ensure that calls are directed to the right team members, even if they're working remotely. The voicemail-to-email feature has also been invaluable, ensuring that no important message goes unnoticed.
