**What do you like best about Brew?**

The insights that we were getting from Brew within the short time frame has really been great, The additonal layer of engagement that will be rolled out will be super useful for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Brew?**

It woudl be good if we had the insights for Facebook but I am aware that this is on the roadmap

**What problems is Brew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing additional and unique insights for our clients. Taking the laborious process out of producing the insights and in a digestable way

**What do you like best about Brew?**

I was able to quickly and easily pull key marketing data to showcase the competitive landscape my client is facing. Without Brew I never would have been able to achieve this level of insightful data.

**What do you dislike about Brew?**

Brew could provide further data across more social media platforms than on offer currently. This would benefit a clearer image of share of voice accuracies across the social media space.

**What problems is Brew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Share of voice data, competitor insights, marketing activities, and forward-thinking strategy.

It gives insights into the total marketplace, our performance and of course sector and competitor perspectives, that we have not had before.

It requires a level of data analysis skills that leave you to interptret rather than drawing the conclusions for you.

Customer service and insights into marketing activities of competitors.

**What do you dislike about Brew?**

No downsides that I've seen so far. Just that with any measurement tool the accuracy of the data presented through AI needs some human interpretation.

**What problems is Brew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Competitive insights, marketing content planning and strategy, events insights.
