I like having email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels in one platform. It reduced the number of tools we juggle for internal newsletters, client updates, event invites, and lead nurturing, and lets us manage contacts, templates, and reporting from a single interface. Segmentation and personalization have been a big plus for tailoring messages by stakeholder group (service line, role, engagement level). Brevo’s AI subject-line suggestions were also genuinely helpful for ideation and produced more engaging options than our initial drafts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Data import and export can be frustrating. Importing and exporting contact or engagement data sometimes requires extra mapping steps and doesn’t always preserve custom fields or segmentation cleanly, so bulk updates and reporting exports feel more manual than expected. Managing multiple lists and segments can get repetitive when the same contact appears in several lists, and deduplication/list hygiene takes regular manual checks to avoid overlap and inconsistent targeting. Attachment tracking also feels limited compared with link-click tracking, since it’s harder to see exactly who opened or downloaded a specific attachment and how that ties into broader engagement or triggers. AI-generated body content blocks also came out too generic for our data-center consultancy audience and needed significant rewriting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
