# Brevo Marketing Platform: ease of use and responsive support for an SMTP issue, same for you?

I found Brevo Marketing Platform very easy to use, with a really active customer service. I had an issue with SMTP parameter validation, and after writing to support, I received a response quickly. In terms of results, it allowed me to launch an email campaign and send hundreds of emails in record time, which I couldn't have done through my regular host. Have you had the same experience with support or SMTP configuration, and what advice would you give?
