**What do you like best about Brainwave?**

Brainwave rides the AI wave and consistently evolves with the new market. It is easy to use and competitively priced.

**What do you dislike about Brainwave?**

Some features have a very advanced steep learning curve which makes knowledge transfer difficult.

We use Brainwave to eliminate manual data intervention.

**What do you like best about Brainwave?**

It gives human like responses and books appointments. It even responds propers upon switching languages. Highly recommended automated Customer services.

**What do you dislike about Brainwave?**

There was not much of downsides. It's easy to use.

**What problems is Brainwave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides seemless third party software integrations. We can give our own data and train the model for our product based responses.
