What do you like best about Bloomfire?

We've been using Bloomfire for a while now, and honestly, it's made a real difference in how we handle our company's information. It's just... easy to use. Even people who aren't tech wizards picked it up quickly and the implementation was the most stress-free project I've ever been a part of.

One of the best things is how simple it is to keep our information organized. We can find information quickly, and updating old content is a breeze. No more digging through piles of files! Plus, the AI feature is actually useful. It helps us find what we need and shows us where the info came from, which is exactly what our team needs.

We also like how everyone can chip in. If someone sees something wrong or missing, they can flag it. And if we have questions, we can use them to create new content. It feels like everyone's working together to keep things up-to-date.

And the reports? Incredible! We can see what people are looking at/for, which helps us figure out what's working and what's not. We can also spot people who are really good at helping others, and we can see where we have gaps in our knowledge. It helps us make better decisions about what content we need to create.

Basically, Bloomfire makes managing our knowledge way less of a headache. It's user-friendly, helpful, and gives us the information we need to do our jobs better, while maintaining maximum efficiency and high member satisfaction. Currently, only one team within the company uses Bloomfire. Can't wait to get the rest of the company onboard, as it puts every other system we've every used to manage our complex, internal knowledgebase to shame. The Bloomfire platform could be improved by adding a feature to identify duplicate posts, reducing extra work for admin users. If the system could highlight key words that might be posted differently, these posts could be deleted before being published. Additionally, when adding members, having just one or two authorization options, such as Author or Learner, would be helpful. The group feature would be more useful if it only included posts relevant to the group's topic. Another good option could be to automatically email users whenever a new post is added.
