**What do you like best about Billment®?**

I use Billment every week to process ACH payments. It’s simple and easy to use, and it helps keep our billing process running smoothly. I like that our account rep is available to answer questions, when needed, or to provide training with QuickBooks, etc.

**What do you dislike about Billment®?**

If an amount is posted incorrectly, I can’t void the payment in Billment. I also can’t use Billment to track invoices or to switch the charge to a different account, and similar changes like that.

**What problems is Billment® solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system was set up by someone else, but I understand it was selected because Billment charges lower fees. It’s a simple, straightforward way to process ACH payments, and I wish we could use it to accept credit card payments as well.

**What do you like best about Billment®?**

Billment not only automates tasks like invoice reminders and batch payments seamlessly but also helps us save up to 90% on credit card processing fees. This cost efficiency, combined with its robust automation features, truly sets Billment apart from the competition. Also having a personal customer support Account Manager resolves any hold ups or questions I have which is so nice for a software.

Not enough people know about this platform.

**What problems is Billment® solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After struggling with other platforms that lacked automation and flexibility, Billment has been a breath of fresh air. It automates crucial tasks like invoice reminders and batch payments, eliminating manual follow-ups. Plus, the ability to save up to 90% on credit card processing fees has had a huge impact on our bottom line. Billment not only addressed the inefficiencies we faced but has significantly improved our billing process overall.
