The scheduling module has saved me around 10 hours per week. Before Backoffice, I was manually building shift schedules in Excel for three restaurant locations, and I was constantly dealing with version conflicts when managers edited the same file. Now everything is in one place: employees can see their shifts on their phones right away, and the system automatically warns me if I’m about to violate rest period requirements under Lithuanian labor law. The cumulative time accounting (suminė darbo laiko apskaita) feature is something no other tool I tried could handle properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is relatively new, so some of the more advanced analytics features are still being developed. I’d also like to see more detailed reporting on labor cost trends over longer time periods.
