**What do you like best about Backoffice?**

The scheduling module has saved me around 10 hours per week. Before Backoffice, I was manually building shift schedules in Excel for three restaurant locations, and I was constantly dealing with version conflicts when managers edited the same file. Now everything is in one place: employees can see their shifts on their phones right away, and the system automatically warns me if I’m about to violate rest period requirements under Lithuanian labor law. The cumulative time accounting (suminė darbo laiko apskaita) feature is something no other tool I tried could handle properly.

**What do you dislike about Backoffice?**

The platform is relatively new, so some of the more advanced analytics features are still being developed. I’d also like to see more detailed reporting on labor cost trends over longer time periods. The initial setup took a bit of time, mainly due to importing all of our employee data, but their support team guided us through the process.

**What problems is Backoffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Backoffice, we relied on Excel spreadsheets for scheduling, a separate WhatsApp group for communication, and paper folders to store employee documents. On top of that, our accountant was manually calculating payroll every month. Backoffice brought all of these pieces together in one platform. Since we stopped doing manual calculations, our payroll errors have dropped significantly, and we’re now fully compliant with Article 120 requirements without having to track everything by hand. With 3 locations and 45 employees, the cost feels minimal compared to what we were losing from errors alone.
