Backoffice is an all-in-one business management platform built for HORECA businesses — restaurants, hotels, and cafes — in the Baltics. It replaces 10+ disconnected tools with 21 integrated modules: workforce scheduling, time tracking, payroll, HR management, labor law compliance, employee training (LMS), motivation and gamification, real-time business analytics, POS integration (Syrve/iiko), internal communication, document management, leave management, budget control, invoice processing, AI coaching, and Google Reviews management. Lithuanian language and Lithuanian labor law compliance included by default. Used by 50+ companies. 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
