Until now, I am very satisfied with the problem-solving level of the platform. I don't have any issues.

**What do you like best about AUTOMY?**

AUTOMY is a great platform for automating processes in the HR department, such as onboarding, offboarding, requests, and approvals. I can design forms and documents without code, and manage tasks and deadlines with SLA’s. AUTOMY also integrates with Microsoft 365 and Google, so I can sync my data and documents easily. AUTOMY has improved the efficiency and quality of our HR services.

**What do you dislike about AUTOMY?**

Enhance the functionality for easy use of the reports.

**What do you like best about AUTOMY?**

It is so simple to use, and give me some much information from my processes. The integration with PowerBI helps us to implement our Data Analytics strategy in a fast and easy way. It has tons of actions which allows us to digitalize basically any manual process

**What do you dislike about AUTOMY?**

I would really like to have a more visual view of my process.

**What problems is AUTOMY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pricing is great. I have unlimited users so it does not restrict us when we want to implement processes.
