I like the annual audit report provided by AudioEye, which allows our development team to identify and resolve accessibility issues effectively. Ensuring HTML is valid according to WCAG accessibility is really important to me. I also appreciate the customization features it offers, such as allowing users to customize the site in terms of fonts, colors, etc., which ensures ease of use for users needing accessibility features. The initial setup of AudioEye was easy, as it was simply a matter of adding the script and getting started.

**What do you dislike about AudioEye?**

When fixing issues, we have to collaborate with AudioEye to undo items they add to their script to help ensure we are accessible. For example, if we fix an alt tag issue where AudioEye was injecting one for us, we have to ask them to no longer do that. They might also add a role to a list, and we fix it on our side, but they have to adjust their code.

I like that AudioEye is pretty easy to set it and forget it, with a lot of automated fixes that help address 90-95% of issues on our websites. It's really beneficial for our team as it automatically adds accessibility tags, saving us significant development time. The initial setup was really easy too, just copying the code into the header and footer of our workflow.

I think because it's easy to set it and forget it, a lot of time, it's a little bit more challenging to make sure that we're using it to its full potential. I think maybe having more consistent smaller areas for improvement throughout the year versus one big report that seems daunting that we have to address.

The on-site toolbox contains a wide range of options that support the accessibility of our site. Also, the automated and manual reporting is a valuable addition to the service, it gives us clear insights on what we should fix on our website.

**What do you dislike about AudioEye?**

The backoffice overview of findings is a pretty straight forward table, though it could be enhanced maybe with some features for less experienced users, maybe add coloring and simple features like "what you should fix first" or "least risky a11y errors".

**What problems is AudioEye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an ecommerce platform AudioEye solves accessibility issues for our buying funnels on our  website. AudioEye helps with easing interactions on Product Detail Pages regarding adding a product to basket and selecting product options (e.g. size). Also AudioEye helps with the accessibility of our checkout, so people with disabilities are able to buy our products. Lastly, AudioEye supports us with debunking legal claims, which is beneficial for us as it helps our legal team directly and indirectly.

Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to share about Audio Eye.

**What do you dislike about AudioEye?**

We booked a Sales Demo on their Website.  Their rep showed up 10 minutes late which gave us plenty of time to chat with the AI Chatbot on their Website which would never send us to a human representative.  The Sales Rep wasn't even interested in working with us and didn't even do a demo making it a complete waste of time and this is coming from an agency with hundreds of clients potentially looking to use their services.

Lack of human customer support.  

Reps not showing up for meeting/demos on time.

I really like the very helpful account manager and the engineering teams at AudioEye. It's easy to request assistance from them through the ticketing system. I also appreciate having a dashboard that's available with lots of information. It's great that AudioEye manages accessibility for our website, especially since we don't have a large team to do it ourselves. If there's any action needed on our end, they promptly notify us and provide help whenever possible.

The dashboard has been upgraded with a modern look since the initial integration with Vendasta. It looks good and is simple, and easy to navigate. 
- AudioEye is easy to install with verbose instructions. 
-The high level reports regarding remediation steps are clear, and provide actionable info. The filtered sharing links for reports are an excellent idea!
- The per issue reports provide good detail, including scope(pages affected), impact(frequency visitors have run into it), remediation details,  and are transparent around what scan dates they pertain to.
-A legal consultation option. 
- Quick, obvious access to help and dev docs from main page & contextually from sub pages. 

The Vendasta integration appears to be pretty tight, and in good shape overall. Website changes on a Vendasta account are even reflected instantly via component re-rendering in the AudioEye dashboard!

**What do you dislike about AudioEye?**

Minor dashboard quirks - I have emailed a Miro board with direct feedback to our AudioEye contact, as some details are irrelevant to G2 Audience.

I'm not fully clear on how AudioEye's plugin goes about auto-fixing certain issues. I couldn't find any details on this anywhere.

Some complex issues still require human review and adjustments to ensure full compliance. Not sure if this is a "dislike" as there are a lot of things that still human interaction. If everything could be automated - there would be no need for my services anyway. :D

Sometimes false positives or things that cannot be controlled are on the dashboard. If there was a way to remove those that would be great.

There also needs to be a better view for clients. At the moment their access does not allow them to filter.

As a marketing manager, I know that it is exceedingly important that we provide website accessibility to all. Still, the thought of reviewing our entire site to correct issues and then consistently monitoring for accessibility was intimidating. It's not my area of expertise. AudioEye made it easy to get in and stay in compliance. The dashboard is easy to use, and help is easily obtained. They are also an honest company! When building a new website, our new provider featured AudioEye as part of their contract with us. We still sent in our subscription renewal but were contacted by an account manager who told us we had been issued a full refund. They had already processed our refund before we discovered the error. That's the kind of company I like to do business with! I highly recommend them!

Audio Eye is designed to fix the ADA issues automatically. I believe this tool makes it easy to fix the ADA, and it guides the developer or tool users on how to fix the issues. It is user-friendly.

Some of the issues are reported to developers, which are already fixed.  Also, I felt that the 7 days of review/fix time is to be reduced. Other than that, I am happy to use the tool.
