I would say it is super easy to use, the UI/UX is user friendly and interactive too. The features are built specifically for the restaurant business, which is great while handling orders from online, food delivery apps, and for dine in management too. Not to forget that the cx support from the team was spot on and the onboarding & implementation phase was smooth. Depending the size of your operation, the scalability can be a hassle and there may be slight limitations in what you want to add to your website. BentoBox is easy to navigate and a great tool with lots of value. Not only is the system is to navigate, its easy to figure out and if i ever have any questions, their support staff is easily accessible and replies within 24 hours. I cant' think of anything I would change. We wanted to do some tracking and didnt know how to input the coding; we had to set up a call between our agency and BentoBox and it sounded like something they had to do (not something we'd be able to do).

The only content thing I would change, we have a product locator on our site and we can only have one (we are a restaurant chain with 7 locations AND have At Home products in 100 grocery stores). The way the system is, we can only have one locator, which has to include all of these locations. It'd be nice to have separate one - OR if only one, having the ability to put icons of products available at said stores as a visual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
