# Popular VoIP platforms for corporate use

Hey G2! I want to start a discussion with this voip platforms community. Can any industry experts recommend popular VoIP platforms for corporate use? Looking at the different solutions on G2’s category page, I’ve narrowed my top software choices to: RingCentral, Nextiva, and Dialpad Connect. My full VoIP software list based on G2 reviews is below: 1. RingCentral Recognized among providers with robust video calls and automated attendant capabilities, RingEX is trusted for scalable enterprise communications. Does RingCentral support multi-zone dial plans or unified messaging across subsidiaries? 2. Nextiva Known for its all-in-one unified communications suite, Nextiva unifies voice, video, messaging, and AI-enhanced customer experience tools in a single cloud platform. How well does Nextiva scale user permissions across departments or international branches? 3. Dialpad Connect Well known for its AI-enabled calling, real-time transcription, smart summaries, and voice analytics that sharpen communication at scale. Does Dialpad support customizable AI vocabularies or industry-specific call insights? 4. TeleCMI Praised as the easiest to use on G2, TeleCMI’s fast deployments and intuitive workflows make it a favorite for straightforward corporate adoption. Does anyone know if TeleCMI offers enterprise-level reporting dashboards or just basic usage stats? 5. OpenPhone Voted best free VoIP software on G2, OpenPhone’s shared numbers, lightweight CRM, and call logging are built with cost-conscious teams in mind. Can OpenPhone support SSO or advanced directory sync for larger orgs? 6. JustCall JustCall offers multi-line management, CRM integration, and workflow rules in a cloud-native interface. Can it enable automated SLA-based routing or priority queuing by user role? If you have experience using VoIP in a corporate setting, I would love to hear your thoughts on my VoIP platforms list above. Based on your recent experience, what are some popular VoIP platforms for corporate use?

We were internally using both OpenPhone and CloudTalk, and we decided to go with CloudTalk. It offers a really smooth onboarding experience and can easily scale with your team’s needs, which was very important for us since our team is growing and we heavily rely on outbound calls at the moment. It also offers an AI voice agent that helps us reduce a lot of manual work.
