What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

"Better than the rest..."

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I like the way you can taylor questions for specific jobs. This assists with the screening tremendously and it keeps each job application from looking exactly the same. When there are multiple jobs posted, coming off as "canned" is very easy to do. This helps negate that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I dislike the way you have to transition from recruiting to onboarding. I would be more user friendly if one could see everything they needed in one place. Toggling back and forth wastes time, and time wasted is $. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I love the ability to send the electronic documents to our candidates and employees. I also like that you can send emails to the employees and follow up with the candidates and employees. Also having the ability to send out the job postings to multiple sites at one time as well as being able to send links to the candidates via email to send them a job link to a job directly. "Applicant Stack"

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

I like that from the moment an applicant applies I can track everything through the background check, phone interview, face-to-face interview, job offer, and hiring. I can even run reports on the flow applicants, applicant referrals, and deactivation reasons to name just a few. This helps me get the best applicants possible and helps me to track trends in my hiring to help me pinpoint ways I can improve what I do as a recruitment manager. What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I can only think of one thing that I don't like. If I step away from my desk for a long while, I have to remember to re-login to Applicant Stack. I do not get a logout page due to inactivity. It appears that I am still logged in, but if I make a note or try to make a change on the page that is up, I am not alerted to log in again until after I try to make the update. It's not that big of a problem, but it would nice if I was visibly logged out as I am in my personal banking website so I don't waste my time making a lengthy note, for example, when I am actually not currently logged in to the program. What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

The ability to construct applications and questions that best go with the job you are searching for.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

Emailing the admins of the site whenever a question needs to be taken off of a questionnaire. Having the ability to do that myself would be a lot more efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would strongly recommend Applicant to ease the process of reaching quality applicants searching for jobs on quality job searching websites. This site definitely gets your job postings seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having problems reaching a broader demographic of applicants. We only had paper applications and applicants coming in from around the area. This did not amount to a big applicant pool and made our staffing issues a huge problem. What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

The best thing for me is how easy it is to move your candidates thru each stage during the hiring process . You can add notes , emails , etc very easily . It is truly a simplified way of going thru the hiring process and accessing many applicants, especially when you are under time constraints. What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

Not able to download cover letters as PDFs or Word docs is hugely annoying. It would make the process so much easier to have these more easily accessible. Also, rather than exporting files as one big mass, it would be ideal to sort via candidate name or something similar that would keep people's info together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

One stop shop for people to apply and for reviewers to find information on applicants -- and all online. It has been much easier to sort candidates, find information, and review having one portal that everyone has to use and that can be set up to our preferences. We have seen more candidates submitting exactly what we ask for and following the rules and have found it much easier to communicate with and about candidates. I would like to point out that you can select the print option form the candidate record and print the candidate profile (you have the option to hide certain items) as a pdf. Regarding the export, you can run a report and add filters, then export the data into a csv file to manipulate the data even further. Please contact support so we can assist you. Unfortunately, there is no way of preventing people out of your area from applying for a job. You might want to create a screener question "Do you line in the ??? area" and if they reply with a no, you can make that a knockout question. Please contact support if you need any further assistance.
