What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

ApplicantStack integrates well with external jobsites, and onboarding modules included ADP. It has decent customization abilities and internal features like contacting/texting. I like how offer letters can be created/sent/signed within the ATS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

ApplicantStack does not have a good search feature, it's hard to search resumes individually for keywords/skills. Instead, you have to search by going back to specific old requisitions. Reporting functions leave a lot to be desired, and although you can build out reports there is a lot of trial and error and upfront time spent trying to get information that should be easy to get. To me, it is really not built to be an ATS for a large company / or a company that does a lot of recruiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform at this time but it would be great to have the ability to link a recruiter calendar so candidates can schedule an interview based on recruiter availability on the calendar to expedite the process of texting back and forth. What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

i love how you can do a complete start to finish hiring workflow all within the single application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

there's not a lot to dislike. pipe-dreams could include automatic calendar entries for follow-up reminders to my calendar, maybe? not a big deal, but maybe something that could be "improved upon". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ApplicantStack:

Don't even look at other companies; ApplicantStack is by far the best! If some users will only use it to print off resumes, it works for that. if you have users that want a full suite to manage applications throughout the entire hiring process (which can be shared among all of your users involved in the process, even by each individual position) it works even better for that! it's perfect! What problems is ApplicantStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

so we start by posting a job. i then get notified of new applicants instantly via email. i review them, and send them questionairs to gain more info. i message them within the application for interview requests and such. i make notes that all other directors and hiring staff can see and review. it's amazing and keeps us SO organized! i love it!! no one was using extra features before me; just getting the applications and printing them out. once i showed them how to go through the full workflow, they loved it as well! What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

Applicant Stack is a user-friendly site that is easy to use and you get the work done you need to. It attracts a lot of caregivers as well. I like using Applicant Stack best out of the ones we have tried out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found that when you do add an inquiry it sometimes does not show up in the section where all new caregivers have applied. I do write them down just in case I Icannot find them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ApplicantStack?

Drop down menu is fairly intuitive and similar to other popular solutions such as Workday. I also like the new futures that allow for importing videos which provides a limited video interviewing or information and engagement capability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ApplicantStack?

I am under the impression that users are not able to do much customization of forms, or to create reports. Every report that we have created had to be done with the assistance of a tech rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
