What do you like best about Ally?

Ally provides an accessibility score, along with tips on how to improve that score, for text-based resources. It also allows students to download these resources in a different, accessible format such as ePub, Electronic Braille, and Audio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ally?

It is not necessarily a dislike, it is just that this tool only assesses text-based files and cannot assess videos. So, if a major portion of your course content is video, this tool may not be worth the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ally?

Quality customer support, higher interest rates and lower fees than most, has gotten some of the highest ratings on various bank reviews over about a decade now. Very impressive bank to have such high and consistent standards to get a premium image like this! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ally?

Mobile app and investments (since buying out TradeKing) thru the investment app needs a lot of help. Very old fashioned and awkward setup compared to Robinhood and Paypal apps. Needs a serious refresh to be half as intuitive and easy to use. Also lacks a serious credit card to compete with the 5% cash back offered by Chase, AMEX, and other big banks. Recommendations to others considering Ally:

It's the best of the big financial brands. Definitely take a serious look. Only issues are lacking a solid and intuitive mobile app experience and definitely needs a credit cards with perks to compete with Chase Freedom and AMEX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
