This includes Meltwater and Cision. The best thing I can say about Agility is their people. Meltwater is known for being pushy in their sales, and magically discounting the price everytime they call "if you can sign right now." Cision just was cocky, almost like they knew they had a good product that everyone uses. The software platforms are very similar through my demos. For me, they were pretty easy to use. For the questions I had, their team were very easy to work with and guided me along. We ended up choosing Agility PR because of price (neck-and-neck with Meltwater, after Meltwater discounted their prices) and just because of the people. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** I don't know if I could have something to dislike. The few things I wish they had really don't exist in the industry. We are a medium sized charity and mastering the ins and outs of a platform like this is something we have limited time to master. However the online help really is pretty much instant and they show a pretty thorough understanding of the product as well as huge patience. We are followed up regularly to check that we are using it to our satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** We had moved from Vuelio after promises that Agility offered press release "personalisation". Sadly this just meant the ability to insert the name of the recipient and has meant that we can't offer personal messages to people we have built a long term relationship with. I was also left with the impression that press releases could be distributed more widely on their PR wires. Anytime an earned media placement is missing/not showing up under topics search I can email the support team. They respond quickly acknowledging receipt and usually I get a response within an hour or less with a link to the missing placement. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** I find it annoying that you have to go to the Topics Tab, save the placements you want there, and then go to the Saved Coverage folders to select the placements you want and export them if you need to. The most frustrating thing is going through each individual mention under the Topics Tab for relevance and saving the clips - because I'm not sure how but semi-frequently I guess I hit something where it bulk saves 170 mentions when I was trying to manually select a specific one. Then you have to go to through and remove all those mentions you didn't mean to pull from the saved coverage folder. It would be nice if for the briefings - if there were no new media clips from the time a previous briefing was sent it if said in the automatic briefing - no new coverage since last briefing. I had a client that every time a briefing was empty would email asking for missed mentioned or if there really wasn't any coverage from that period.
