This is huge for press bulk pitches. It also creates a separate email thread for each email you send versus creating an email thread as if you would in a typical follow up email. We don't have a regular use for the platform but it doesn't provide for month to month billing and so we end up paying for something that is now not used. It would be good to have more filters to select from. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's time consuming to use with lists however usable. Not everywhere is getting this large amount of crypto journalists data. We have been trying out quite a few media database platform, however, crypto section is too weak. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** the layout and filtering on media list is not very user-friendly when merging with private list. If there would be real time update it will be the best. Also, there has been a lot of general emails to specific journalists. The search facilities are good. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** Inaccurate contacts. Quite a few have left so you get bounceback emails. Lists which include irrelevant contacts. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use agility as a mopping up rather than a first port of call for the reasons listed above. I wouldn't say I have made any great new contacts from agility. If the contact I am looking for is not there, then the tremendous live chat team is very helpful in getting me the contacts, usually within minutes. I love that it has the opportunity to distribute press releases and mass emails in addition to the extensive database. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** There is nothing I dislike. If I had to think of something, it would maybe be that I cannot remove the UK from the Europe contact search. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving a time-based issue mostly.
