We are a medium sized charity and mastering the ins and outs of a platform like this is something we have limited time to master. However the online help really is pretty much instant and they show a pretty thorough understanding of the product as well as huge patience. We are followed up regularly to check that we are using it to our satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** We had moved from Vuelio after promises that Agility offered press release "personalisation". Sadly this just meant the ability to insert the name of the recipient and has meant that we can't offer personal messages to people we have built a long term relationship with. I was also left with the impression that press releases could be distributed more widely on their PR wires.
