Anytime an earned media placement is missing/not showing up under topics search I can email the support team. They respond quickly acknowledging receipt and usually I get a response within an hour or less with a link to the missing placement. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** I find it annoying that you have to go to the Topics Tab, save the placements you want there, and then go to the Saved Coverage folders to select the placements you want and export them if you need to. The most frustrating thing is going through each individual mention under the Topics Tab for relevance and saving the clips - because I'm not sure how but semi-frequently I guess I hit something where it bulk saves 170 mentions when I was trying to manually select a specific one. Then you have to go to through and remove all those mentions you didn't mean to pull from the saved coverage folder. It would be nice if for the briefings - if there were no new media clips from the time a previous briefing was sent it if said in the automatic briefing - no new coverage since last briefing. I had a client that every time a briefing was empty would email asking for missed mentioned or if there really wasn't any coverage from that period. Since they received a briefing every morning- if it was empty most of the time it was because there wasn't new coverage in the last 12 hours or so. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall the media monitoring service seems to pull most coverage. This saves time for me so I'm not manually searching for mentions I know we secured and/or it picks up mentions I would not have known about otherwise. ### 2. You can filter by keywords and categories as well as location-specific settings. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** There aren't any settings that show you when a contact is due for a follow-up email. This is huge for press bulk pitches. It also creates a separate email thread for each email you send versus creating an email thread as if you would in a typical follow up email. After a campaign it is hard to tell who opened and the export only allow to export 1000 contacts. Viewing more than 200 contacts make it difficult to manage. The design and UX is very poor compared to other tool I used **Recommendations to others considering Agility PR Solutions:** After tryng many PR solution, Agility is the cheapest, but I rather pay for more data/insights and emailing solution. We also expected to be able to download the media contacts - and that was an extra expense as well. And I am not impressed by the analytics that the email service returns, the open rates seem low. **Recommendations to others considering Agility PR Solutions:** Have the manpower to fully utilize all of the capabilities before you make the investment. For example, if a journalist had already opened a release, it would be helpful to be able to temporarily remove them from a distribution list, when sending same release again. Having access to global contacts is also very helpful. It's very easy to use in terms of manoeuvrability around the site, not too clunky. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** There still don't seem to be as many journalists on this database as Gorkana. Having a limit of how many releases you can send out to contacts. When compiling press lists lots of time is spent editing to ensure correct contacts are in lists - it seems lots of random journalists are pulled in that do not match the seach criteria. **Recommendations to others considering Agility PR Solutions:** Global access to journalists Easy to upload send-outs - very good in terms of saving time The ability to contact lots of journalists all at once. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time-saving in terms of drafting and editing send-outs. Also, I frequently input names that I know exist but they aren't in the database. When I look at a publication or outlet, they often have a fraction of the reporters working there. **Recommendations to others considering Agility PR Solutions:** This is a good ancillaryr media tool but not complete by any means. I also find being able to schedule a press release ahead of time very useful when I have several to get out in one day. **What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?** What I've found to be a downside is the limited amount of topics I can search under for relevant publications or journalist. With such broad topics e.g. finance it takes me additional time to click through every result. I also dislike that I can't add both publication/news desk email and journalist email in one go when searching and creating a media list. This feature would be really useful when you're short of time. **What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think the biggest benefit has been to save time when we have limited resources. It's also useful to see how many people have clicked onto our press releases after a distribution. ### 30.
