"Powerful AI automation, but a steep configuration learning curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Agentforce Sales integrates tightly with the rest of the Salesforce ecosystem, so AI-driven recommendations and automation sit right alongside our existing Apex customizations and Lightning components without needing a lot of glue code. The declarative tools (Flow, OmniStudio) let us prototype automation quickly, and when we need something more complex, the platform APIs make it straightforward to extend. Admins and business users can also get real value from the AI features without needing a developer for every change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The learning curve for configuring the AI/agent features properly is steeper than Salesforce's marketing suggests — getting prompts, data grounding, and permissions right takes real trial and error. Debugging AI-driven automation is also harder than debugging a normal flow or Apex trigger, since the reasoning isn't always transparent. Licensing costs for the more advanced Agentforce capabilities add up quickly, especially for mid-size orgs, and some integrations with external systems (e.g., via MuleSoft) still require more custom work than expected. "Powerful All-in-One Sales Platform, But Costly and Complex to Maintain"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The biggest strength is how much of the sales workflow lives in one place. Lead and opportunity management, pipeline visibility, and forecasting all connect, so reps aren't jumping between tools. The reporting and dashboards are genuinely powerful once configured, and the customization through custom objects, fields, and flows means you can shape it to almost any sales process. The AppExchange ecosystem and native integrations (email, calendar, marketing tools) reduce a lot of manual data entry, and the AI-assisted features for lead scoring and next-step suggestions are increasingly useful for prioritizing where reps spend time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The cost adds up quickly once you factor in per-user licensing, add-ons, and the premium tiers needed to unlock the better features. The learning curve is steep, and meaningful setup or changes often require an admin or consultant rather than an end user. The interface can feel cluttered and slow at times, and heavy customization tends to create technical debt that's hard to unwind later. Support quality is inconsistent unless you're on a higher support plan, and the frequent rebranding (Sales Cloud to Agentforce Sales) adds confusion around what's actually included at each tier. "Powerful Centralized Sales Data, but Navigation and Reporting Can Be Cumbersome"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is its ability to centralize customer and opportunity information in one place, making it easier to manage pipelines, track progress, and maintain visibility across the sales organization. I also appreciate how it supports collaboration, streamlines repetitive tasks, and helps teams make more informed decisions through accessible, real-time data and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I dislike most about Agentforce Sales is that it can sometimes feel cumbersome to navigate, especially when trying to quickly find specific information or update multiple opportunities. Some features require too many clicks, and reporting or dashboard data does not always populate as expected, which can make it difficult to maintain accurate pipeline visibility and adds unnecessary administrative effort. "Scalable CRM Platform That Grows from Small Teams to Multi-Cloud Orgs"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best is how the core data model and automation layer scale from a small sales team to a complex multi-cloud org without needing to rebuild anything. Flows, Record Types and permission sets let me tailor pipelines, stages and handoffs for very different business models, and everything stays reportable out of the box. The AppExchange and API ecosystem make integrations (WhatsApp, e-signature, ERPs) predictable, and the new Agentforce layer sits on top of that same data, so lead qualification and follow-ups can be automated without duplicating logic. As a consultant, the fact that one platform handles CRM, service, marketing and now AI agents means I can grow a client's setup incrementally instead of replatforming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Cost and complexity. Too much of what a team actually needs is sold as add-ons, and the platform really requires an admin or partner to configure and maintain it. Agentforce also only performs as well as the underlying data — without a clean data model and good field hygiene, the AI features underdeliver, which isn't obvious when you're buying. "Effortless to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Unified view of the customer. Cases, calls, emails, and history all live on one record, so agents don't have to jump between systems to understand what's going on.

• Flexible automation. Flows, assignment rules, omni-channel routing, and escalation rules let us shape the work to our processes instead of the other way around.

• Omni-channel and voice. Service Cloud Voice brings telephony into the same console, which improves agent efficiency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Cost. Licensing adds up quickly, and features we'd consider core, such as voice, AI, and advanced analytics, often come as paid add-ons.

• Complexity. It takes skilled admins or a partner to configure well. Out of the box it rarely fits without significant setup.

• Integration effort. Connecting it to other core systems, especially in healthcare, requires real engineering work and ongoing maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

We migrated from HubSpot to Salesforce across five business units, and the flexibility is the biggest win. Custom objects, flows and permission sets let each unit keep its own sales process on a single platform. The data model is solid, which made it much easier to connect the CRM to our data warehouse and build consistent KPIs. The ecosystem also helps a lot, there's an integration or a partner for almost everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The learning curve is steep, both for admins and for sales reps coming from simpler tools. Setup takes time and usually needs specialized help, so implementation costs add up fast. Licensing is confusing, with many add-ons sold separately. We also ran into infrastructure limits during go-live, like a data region incompatibility with our warehouse that forced us to build a workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Sales Platform That Cuts Manual Work with AI-Powered Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is how it brings customer data, pipeline management, automation, and AI-powered insights together in one platform. It helps sales teams reduce manual work, prioritize the right opportunities, and spend more time building customer relationships. The addition of Agentforce makes the experience even more valuable by assisting with prospecting, account research, follow-ups, and other repetitive sales activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

As a new user, the biggest challenge is the initial learning curve. Agentforce Sales has a lot of features and capabilities, which can make the platform feel overwhelming at first. It takes some time to understand where everything is and how to get the most value from the AI and automation features. A simpler onboarding experience with more guided, role-based recommendations would make it easier for new users to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Scalable CRM—But Complexity and Technical Debt Can Grow Fast"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Sales is how flexible and scalable the platform is. It allows us to bring sales processes, customer data, automation, and analytics together while still adapting the experience to how our business actually operates. As both a product owner and architect, I value the ability to solve problems declaratively when possible, extend the platform when needed, and continuously improve the user experience. With Agentforce and AI becoming more integrated into the platform, I’m especially excited about moving beyond traditional CRM toward intelligent, proactive experiences that help sellers spend less time on administrative work and more time with customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

What I dislike most is how quickly complexity can grow as an organization scales. Salesforce gives you tremendous flexibility, but that flexibility can also lead to technical debt, overlapping automation, governor limit challenges, and difficult-to-maintain architecture over time. Some newer capabilities also feel layered onto an already complex platform rather than simplifying the overall experience. I would like to see Salesforce invest more in native tools that help architects understand dependencies, identify performance risks, and proactively recommend ways to simplify an org. With Agentforce and AI, I hope the focus remains not just on adding capabilities, but on making the core platform simpler and easier to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Dashboards and Account Tracking That Empower Better Decisions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

We can easily track our accounts and the information tied to them, and then use that data to create dashboards for leadership. This makes it easier for them to view everything in real time and make decisions based on what they’re seeing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I really like that it’s customizable, but I could use a bit more direction and prompting to help me think through the setup and ongoing maintenance. Because it’s so customizable, it can feel overwhelming at times. A “start with the basics” approach during setup would be much more helpful, especially given all the improvements in AI and tech. ""Streamlining Sales Success: A Glowing Review of Salesforce Sales Cloud""
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce Sales Cloud is an invaluable tool for businesses aiming to streamline their sales processes. Its robust features, like lead management, opportunity tracking, and customizable dashboards, empower sales teams to work more efficiently and effectively. Plus, its integration with other Salesforce products ensures seamless collaboration across departments. Overall, I highly recommend Salesforce Sales Cloud for businesses looking to boost their sales performance and drive growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

While Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a plethora of benefits, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance user experience. For instance, the user interface, although highly functional, could benefit from some modernization to further enhance ease of use and navigation. Additionally, the initial setup process might be complex for some users, requiring significant time and resources for customization and integration. However, these minor drawbacks are outweighed by the platform's extensive capabilities and the overall value it brings to businesses seeking to optimize their sales processes.
