Unfortunately, we experienced zero upsides. Honestly, everything was terrible in our experience. Since there were no positives, I am just going to keep typing here to get past the character limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The onboarding process was poorly executed and managed by their team. They consistently dropped the ball across training and customer service. The "customer success" person quit the company; we weren't informed, and it took almost two weeks for them to tell us (we had to ask). We had no dedicated support to finish our onboarding, and the person barely communicated when we did. We had no idea where we were. Their management was of no help either. I found their CEO's e-mail, and she didn't react very well to my complaints, etc. Their software is antiquated and not very user-friendly. We made recommendations on various weak points, and those recommendations were ignored. Their teams work in silos and fail to communicate appropriately. We were required to pay a $5,000+ minimum, and they treated us like trash. Unless you're forced to use them, I would advise you to use anyone but them. Avoid at all costs. We lost millions because they couldn't get their crap together, and that's a fact. I should sue them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
