It easily transfers information from the EMR system that my office uses to create patient charts, scan attachments, and upload information. There tends to be many tabs to click through for certain features. For example, if I want to print a schedule, I have to at least click through 3 tabs. It is helping with the ease of scheduling and patient intake in a method that is highly customized in a secure system. Once a template or process is made, it immediately implements into the system. I'm usually in the administrative role when using this product, so I don't use many of the medical features of this software. As a network engineer, I work with many different EHR softwares, but of all of them, this one is the easiest to deploy and manage, so I can really appreciate that from a management standpoint. In a few cases, the client would attempt to update and get stuck in an update loop. The only way to get it to stop was to manually go out and download the newest client and re-install instead of just being able to update. That was a bit of a pain, but it doesn't happen that often. The companies I've worked for have used AdvancedEHR for Electronic Health Records management.
