What do you like best about AdvancedMD?

Unfortunately, we experienced zero upsides. Honestly, everything was terrible in our experience. Since there were no positives, I am just going to keep typing here to get past the character limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdvancedMD?

The onboarding process was poorly executed and managed by their team. They consistently dropped the ball across training and customer service. The "customer success" person quit the company; we weren't informed, and it took almost two weeks for them to tell us (we had to ask). We had no dedicated support to finish our onboarding, and the person barely communicated when we did. We had no idea where we were. Their management was of no help either. I found their CEO's e-mail, and she didn't react very well to my complaints, etc. Their software is antiquated and not very user-friendly. We made recommendations on various weak points, and those recommendations were ignored. Their teams work in silos and fail to communicate appropriately. We were required to pay a $5,000+ minimum, and they treated us like trash. Unless you're forced to use them, I would advise you to use anyone but them. Avoid at all costs. We lost millions because they couldn't get their crap together, and that's a fact. I should sue them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AdvancedMD?

Once you have set up the system, it is easy to navigate. It is easy to post, and it is easy to run reports. Everything in the system is time and user stamped so it is also easy to track who did what and when. This is a great feature for accountablity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdvancedMD?

I would like to be able to run more inclusive reports. A lot of the reports available, you have to piece together. They do have options for this at an additional charge, but if you do not want to spend that extra money for this feature, then you are left to run multiple reports. What do you like best about AdvancedMD?

It easily transfers information from the EMR system that my office uses to create patient charts, scan attachments, and upload information. Scheduling is also very easy and customizable to codes and insurances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdvancedMD?

There tends to be many tabs to click through for certain features. For example, if I want to print a schedule, I have to at least click through 3 tabs. There is also a limited hover option for when reading longer titles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

being a user of over 10 years I would say I like all about it, from the appointment level to claim to post via ERA TO Manual posting windows, that's pretty much any doctor's offices make use of bringing in more revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
