The initial setup of Adapt was very easy; I just simply installed the extension on my browser. **What do you dislike about Adapt?** Sometimes the response time is high. It lags and I need to reload it to get the information. But that happens rarely. It's a bit irritating when the extension keeps loading. Even when a contact is marked as verified, it sometimes cannot be extracted in the end. It is a great tool that can allow you to send emails to genuine contacts. You can view the email and phone number under the paid plans. **What do you dislike about Adapt?** At first glance, it gives unlimited access to contact details but for only three days. If you look at the pricing plan it says 25 credits in a month, which is much less than its competitors. Also, viewing phone numbers would require upgrading to a min $49 monthly plan, which is very expensive, especially for users from India. I would suggest the plan should change as per the currency norms, so people can actually use it and benefit from it on a long-term basis. **What problems is Adapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adapt gives great B2B contact database and benefits in finding prospects for PraesentiaAI, an HRMS app with face recognition attendance and visitor access management of Systellar Technologies. As an employee of the company, I came across many valuable contacts on the first day; however, I have yet to explore the full potential. I hope it opens doors to more credits instead of mere 25 monthly, as it doesn't help much in that way. ### 10.
