It's great that I don't have to open up a new tab altogether to get the data I need, unlike other providers. That being said, it would be great if you could dive deeper into what the confidence score against each email ID means, how it's calculated, and it's implications with respect to reaching the correct people. **What do you dislike about Adapt?** Nothing yet, although the daily limit is far too low. This should certainly be recalibrated. Of course, while this is based on my personal usage patterns. Still, on average, it definitely takes more than 10 tries to reach the correct person for a given task/event/deliverable. **Recommendations to others considering Adapt:** Go for it! The process flow of finding someone based on their social media accounts is made much easier thanks to Adapt! Before trying mainstream options that are available, do give Adapt a try! Having used said mainstream options, Adapt is markedly easier to use, and the UI/UX is clean and user friendly. **What problems is Adapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to check off business tasks so much faster with a given person's email address. Adapt has made my life easier for sure! But usually you can discover them and then it works. Every now and then some companies it's nearly impossible to find the email domain they are using if it is different from the main company site. **Recommendations to others considering Adapt:** Give it a try if you are in sales or marketing! **What problems is Adapt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solve the problem of only having a personal/home email address for some connections. This let's me get their work email address and that is the main benefit. And the chrome browser plugin makes it very simple to use within chrome. ### 39.
