What do you like best about Veevart?

I like Veevart's robust capabilities. The ticketing feature works especially well, particularly for courses. We used to have to get parents to fill out paper forms, and now we can do it all online, which saves us a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veevart?

We're still learning, some steps aren't as user friendly as they could be. It's hard to wrap my head around a solution without fully understanding how it works on the backend and what is available to change. What do you like best about Veevart?

Without a doubt, Veevart’s greatest strength is its customer support. The Veevart team has supported us at every stage, from the initial implementation to our ongoing use of the product. They are always quick to respond to our needs. Beyond resolving issues as they come up, they also offer comprehensive staff training, customizing each session to match our team’s skill levels. Furthermore, they actively support product development and are dedicated to enhancing and expanding features based on our feedback.

As an integrated system, Veevart is both flexible and adaptable. The seamless combination of CRM, admissions, membership, store, online events, courses, ticketing, and facility rentals has greatly streamlined our operations. What do you dislike about Veevart?

Transitioning to the Salesforce platform was quite a challenge and initially felt overwhelming, particularly when it came to reporting. Many staff members found some features, especially the reporting tools, to be less than intuitive. On the positive side, the customer support has been excellent, and assistance is always readily available. One improvement we would like to see is a more effective way to organize online courses in our Museum Academy, rather than having to manage each course individually. What do you like best about Veevart?

I like that Veevart gives me a whole picture of what's going on, like daily sales, what products are selling well, and which items are selling less. I appreciate being able to see an average of prices and a lot of very useful information for daily operations in the gift shop. Veevart is a great tool for providing information that helps make better decisions about what to offer to customers. What do you dislike about Veevart?

There are certain features we had with our previous system that Veevart is still in the process of adding, like a dedicated Gala or Fundraising event module and the ability to sell gift memberships directly through the Point of Sale app. However, I appreciate that they are very responsive to feedback and actively work to improve their integrations based on user input. What do you like best about Veevart?

While the entire platform is great, I think the customer service and staff is the best part about Veevart. They have been so accomodating and supportive of our organization, I sometimes forget they are an external hire and not full time employees with us. What do you like best about Veevart?

I find Veevart incredibly valuable for managing relationships with members, donors, and visitors as it allows me to track donations, memberships, events, and communications efficiently all in one place. Its integration for selling tickets to events and exhibitions greatly streamlines front desk operations. What stands out to me is the thoughtful organization of the platform, which ensures that all our records and documents are easily accessible and none are lost or overlooked. I particularly appreciate the excellent customer service that is always responsive and available via various channels such as email and Zoom calls, making the set-up process incredibly easy. Furthermore, the rental system and courses feature are fantastic additions, with the potential for even further enhancement. Making the switch from Altru to Veevart was a decision driven by the platform offering more options that align with our goals and vision. I dislike the limitations in customizing designations for Corporate Memberships, which restricts flexibility with donation options. The inability to easily switch donation frequencies for marketing campaigns aimed at monthly donors was a hassle until an update was made, but it still requires some improvements. Additionally, the issue with Corporate Memberships renewal emails not containing a functional renewal link is frustrating, as it necessitates tracking each membership individually and sending personal links. Lastly, while the courses feature is great, it falls short by not allowing course purchases directly through the POS system, which could enhance the user experience significantly. What do you like best about Veevart?

I love the support that Veevart provides when I have questions about the system. They show a genuine desire to enhance the customer experience, which I appreciate. They are attentive to the needs of their customers, as evidenced by their efforts to develop new features, like the online gift certificates, which I find beneficial. This feature allows me to offer our clients gift certificates that they can apply to courses we offer, thereby generating more income for the museum. I also appreciate the seamless integration of Veevart with AYDEN during my term, which was executed flawlessly with helpful representatives addressing all my queries. Furthermore, I find the reports generated from the information collected during purchases very beneficial. What do you like best about Veevart?

I appreciate Veevart for being a comprehensive operations management system that integrates various crucial aspects such as donations, memberships, admissions, point of sale, and online ticketing. What do you like best about Veevart?

I appreciate Veevart for making it easy to manage ticketing, memberships, and recurring donations. It allows us to report all in one place without having to switch between different software. Their support is very responsive, which I value a lot. I love how customizable Veevart is, and it integrates seamlessly with the Salesforce ecosystem, which is a big plus for us.
