We’ve had a great experience with EasyWebinar so far. The platform brings everything together in one place and makes it much easier to create, manage, and run professional webinars.

The UI is clean and straightforward, and the overall webinar setup process has been easy to manage. Having registration, live webinars, automated webinars, attendee management, replays, and follow-up capabilities together is a big benefit for us.

We particularly like having both live and automated webinar options. It gives us the flexibility to run a webinar live and then continue using that content as part of an evergreen marketing strategy.

AI will add value through smarter follow-ups and interactive chat.

Support and onboarding have also been great, and we’re very happy with the platform and team.

The main downside for us is the pricing. It feels quite high, especially when each account/sub-account needs its own EasyWebinar account.

We work extensively with HighLevel and manage multiple sub-accounts, so we would love to see deeper HighLevel integration and a pricing structure that includes multiple sub-accounts under one EasyWebinar plan.

For the current price, I feel more accounts, integrations, and functionality should be included. Adding stronger HighLevel integration, SMS capabilities, and the upcoming AI features would make the overall value much stronger.

What I like best about EasyWebinar is how simple and intuitive the platform is, while still offering a lot of useful features. The setup process was very straightforward, and I was able to get everything running without feeling like I needed a technical background. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with EasyWebinar. One useful addition would be a real-time attendance chart showing how viewer numbers change throughout a webinar. A sharp decline at a specific point may indicate that the recorded content is losing the audience’s attention, while a stable trend suggests strong engagement. Connecting these changes to timestamps would help creators improve weaker sections.

I would also love to see more AI integration through tools such as Claude or GPT. For example, EasyWebinar could provide customizable, clearly labeled AI-generated chat simulations based on a webinar script. Users could adjust audience personas, questions, tone, and timing. I currently create this type of simulation separately, so having it built into the platform would be very helpful. Overall, EasyWebinar is already excellent, and stronger analytics and AI features could make it even better.

Since I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, I use webinars for patient education, nutrition awareness sessions, healthy lifestyle discussions, and online teaching. What I like most about EasyWebinar is that it brings the important parts of webinar management together in one place. Creating a webinar, choosing a template, setting the schedule, managing registrations, and sending reminder emails all feel simple and easy to follow. I haven't encountered many downsides with EW so far. The only limitation I've experienced is that it doesn't integrate directly with Kajabi in all the ways I would have liked, so I used Zapier to connect the two platforms and automate my workflow. EasyWebinar is hands-down THE webinar platform for evergreen webinars, no contest. While plenty of software can stream live webinars (and do), EasyWebinar is the only one on the market who makes a product built specifically to scale and 10X your efforts (without wanting to walk into the ocean). This is especially important for solo entrepreneurs wearing 800 different hats, who need to find creative ways to sell their work without never seeing the light of day again. The biggest challenge is around setting up automated webinars, and needing the presentation uploaded first in order to set it up—oftentimes, I'm promoting things far in advance and want to be able to create quickly on the fly and get registrations going, even if I haven't recorded the presentation yet. :) Would love to be able to add the video later!
