What do you like best about EasyWebinar?

Our support person, Rakesh, was so incredibly helpful during our launch. When my team was practicing for live webinar, we were having some user errors and he jumped on a call with me to help me understand and fix the problem. I am thankful for his responsiveness, his insight, and his patience as he helped me navigate this new-to-me platform. Thank you!

Another great feature of EasyWebinar is the email capabilities. In the past, we had used Zoom for webinars and had to figure out a way to schedule emails for reminders/follow-ups for multiple trainings which was a scheduling nightmare. What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?

During our live webinar, we had a few glitches using the Polls feature. One time, the poll data never populated. Another time, the poll wouldn't close to allow me to open another poll. It was pretty stressful, but our polls were mostly fun (tell me why you are here), so it wasn't a huge deal, but I do think it is something EW should look into. What do you like best about EasyWebinar?

I love how easy to use EasyWebinar is. It didn't take long to get set-up . I'm going live with my first webinar in just a few hours and am so excited! I've been using Streamyard for my webinars but switched to EasyWebinar so I could allow the attendees to choose their time and work towards automation. It's honestly a relief to know that we'll be fully automated soon!

The team has been incredibly helpful and responsive as I have had questions or concerns. Their response time has been great and their responses were actually helpful!

I love that there are options for live webinars AND automated so you have options. Having built in emails is great so you can send immediately to those who attended and those who didn't.

It was incredible easy to integrate into Kit with Zapier. I've been really happy with the integrations.

I love that we can have a poll, offer and countdown right in the event! That's going to be so great for sales and interactions. I'm excited to test it out.

I'll be using this monthly for live webinars with the goal to move towards a completely automated funnel, which I'll be using it every day!

What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?

I would love to have more screen display options, like where I place my screen compared to my slides. It also didn't seem to like me screen sharing another tab. From the presenter view, it was fine, but on the attendee view, it was continue to cycle and load. But I switched to .pdf files and it worked flawlessly. I love that I can have unlimited slides.

The video quality came and went when I switched from the slides as the main screen back to me. It was pixelated and then cleared. I have a Canon R6 and Google Fiber internet so I know video quality and speed on my end is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EasyWebinar?

I’ve been using EasyWebinar to automate my webinars and drive course sales, and it’s been a total game-changer. The integration with my email service provider was seamless, allowing me to automate a follow-up sales sequence once someone watches the webinar—no tech headaches, just smooth automation.

I also love that I can trigger emails directly from EasyWebinar as soon as someone registers. It keeps the whole funnel cohesive and hands-free.

But what really sets EasyWebinar apart is the customer support. It’s rare to find a platform where you can actually hop on a Zoom call with a real human. Their team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in my success. That personal touch makes a huge difference.

What do you like best about EasyWebinar?

The ease of use and setup. Pretty much once I have run one webinar, I can clone and setup multiple in a breeze. We have run close to 30 since we started running it this new year and it has been a game changer for our business. It also seamlessly integrated with our CRM. What do you like best about EasyWebinar?

I want to run a monthly webinar but was concerned about the many tasks involved - registrations, reminder emails, follow ups, making the recordings available etc etc. Having tested EasyWebinar for the last two weeks I'm blown away with how easy it was to setup a sequence of 10 webinars and have all the steps done that I need. I can now forget about them, focus on driving traffic to the webinars and just turn up and present ! The folks at EasyWebinar were very helpful and patiently worked through any questions I had. What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?

All good so far - I've run test webinars, both live and recorded, and setup and scheduled 10 real live webinars without hitch. The only thing I couldn't find was a virtual background which I understand will be available in the next 45-60 days Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EasyWebinar?

It was an intuitive program designed so that most can follow prompts and get started right away. Immediately upon signing up, I received an email indicating I needed to follow up with them in order to activate my program. I was impressed a person actually wanted to follow up with me and help me get started because that had not been my experience with my website/email platform. I needed and wanted that personalized support. They walked me through everything including sharing screens, activating my zaps and Google tags. It has been a great experience. Truly customer focused. What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?

Would love to dress up the emails that are sent out by them such as using my brand stationery for email template. I think they just want to keep a clean neat look and avoid spam filters. What do you like best about EasyWebinar?

I used to do live webinars to sell my online course. I decided to do an evergreen webinar instead using EasyWebinar. With my live class I used to sell 10-12 courses. With EasyWebinar I sold 25 courses within 3 weeks of my evergreen "launch". Any time I needed support the response time was quick. This is an incredible tool that feels like a live class but takes away the exhaustion of showing up live, while also performing 100% better in terms of course revenue. What do you dislike about EasyWebinar?

The only downside is that to have the "just in time" feature you have to pay a premium that is about double the price of the basic subscription. However, it has been worth it for me to invest in that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EasyWebinar?

I had a lot of resistance to creating an evergreen webinar, because I have tried before and I was difficult to set up. There are just a lot of moving parts to these kinds of funnels when done well. But when I signed up for EasyWebinar this time, I was paired up with Rakesh Joshi as the support staff to help me, and working with him has been amazing. Every time I hit a snag as I was creating my first webinar, he was there to help me so swiftly. He met with me multiple times and provided email support when I had small questions. I was amazed to get this level of support from an application like this.

So if you are feeling hesitant to set up an automated webinar because you don't quite know how to do it, you can rest assured that you will get the support you need with Easy Webinar, at least if you work with Rakesh! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
