I love the support provided by EasyWebinar, especially Sai, who has been amazing and very easy to work with, always going above and beyond. The software is very easy to work with, and their support staff is truly amazing. The price is also very reasonable, making it a great value. I appreciate the automations as they configure and integrate well with GoHighLevel, which integrates right into my business without needing to purchase anything extra. I use EasyWebinar as part of my sales funnel to sell digital courses using webinars. I really appreciate how it allows me to automate the sale of my courses rather than having to do live launches, which is such a relief. I also like that it integrates well with other systems I use for my sales funnel such as Deadline Funnel, Leadpages, and Active Campaign. These integrations let me sell my digital courses in both English and French without needing to be live for conversions. Another thing I find beneficial is how new leads can decide to enroll in either language and pick the time that suits them best. Plus, the automatic email sequences based on assigned tags are tailored to where they are in their journey, and this simplifies my life once everything is built and working properly. I've faced numerous technical challenges (preferred language not recorded or transmitted to Active Campaign, audio that did not always work) that prevented me to sell my course for many weeks. But I admire their technical team who never got discouraged and worked relentlessly until they solved them, regardless of their complexity. There are still some minor display modifications that need to be implemented related to empty spaces in one of my Leadpages registration page. It would be nice if I have some control to reduce this empty space, but currently I don't and have already reached out to the EasyWebinar team a while ago about this. I love how easy EasyWebinar is to set up. It's great that I can see many of the stats on who is watching the webinar and how long they're watching. I also appreciate the ability to see if they click to the next step or not. The stats aren't always completely accurate, which can be frustrating. Although they work quickly to address issues and are making improvements, it still needs the ability to detect if someone is watching even if they're doing other things on another monitor. I love EasyWebinar's support team; they're responsive and helpful, providing peace of mind when I encounter problems. Two minor improvements: One thing I had was on pixel issue, but we found a way to work around it. I do use other email systems to send post-webinar email sequences because I can't track open and click rates on EasyWebinar, and also, I can't unsubscribe someone from the email campaign once the client has joined my program.
