I was struggling with the functionality of the live webinar and having difficulty with the analytics and capturing of the data on replays. It's easy to use and they've recently launched a v2 of the product that makes it even more intuitive. Their support (Sai most recently) is very quick to respond and easy to work with. They've always helped me nail down any issue I may find -- which isn't often.
